Last visit my pizza had a lot less toppings than normal. Something to double check before leaving the store.

I stop weekly for the Tuesday special and generally have had no issues. But this past week as I was waiting for my pizza to be made and was watching a male employee with longer hair hanging in his face. I watched as he was very animated with his head and hair bouncing around over the food he was making. He had on a mere visor, but the hair just poured over the visor. I had to say something and asked him to please put his hair back. He left and didn't return during the rest of my time there. Everyone else had their hair tied back or in a cap, I just don't understand what has happened to hair restraint in the food industry. I will continue to visit this establishment and hopes that my next visit will be a better experience and for everyones sake all employees use better hair containment practices.

We got 2 pizzas and cheesy bread. Everything was ready on time and fantastic. The customer service was top notch and facility was clean.

The real closing time is 7:30pm not 8. After 7:30 do not bother calling or even stopping in unless you have ordered by then as you will be refused service. Hours of service wrong on website.Parking: Lots is parking especially after 7:30 when they shut down.

These guys are always keeping busy. Sadly hours are a struggle. Recently told that they close at 8 but don't make or take any orders after 730. Though I understand short staffed - maybe closing at 730 then?

I went in at 730pm tonight and was told they are not taking orders. Store was empty. Should adjust hours accordingly; seems like this is a trend based on the recent reviews.

Went in tonight at a little after 5pm to a completely packed store. Must have been 10-15 in line ahead of me. Two workers. Sounds like a complete disaster, right?Nope. These two were on top if it. They kept everything moving, and after a little while the manager showed up and hopped right in to help out.It took about 20 minutes to get my pizzas, but I have no complaints. I was very impressed with how well the manager handled everything, and the three of them cranked through the pile of orders while still remaining friendly, courteous, and professional.We don't eat here super often, just because there are plenty of other pizza places that do the cooking for you, and when I'm hungry, I don't want extra steps. But I've never been so impressed with a crew before, and we are definitely going to make this a frequent stop.Keep up the excellent work!

Consistently inconsistent with store hours. Twice I’ve ordered online and show up to doors locked and store closed. Pizza is good, just would suggest going there first rather then ordering online. A good backup to take and bake is kwik trip, their is 3 in town.

For the second time in two months I order a pizza on a Sunday go to pick it up and the door is locked. They are inconsistent with hours. This time it was me and two other customers just hanging out in front of the store. Pizza is good but the inconsistency of hours vs what are advertised are frustrating. Their is a quick trip in town that does take and bake.
Why do you guys work in the dark and why can’t I buy a pizza inside if there’s 4 people standing around???

Always good pizzas, nice kids working - if a bit quiet and shy. Only ask in the future is please clean off your countertops so there’s not a ton of smashed cheese and gunk on the bottom of the trays that ends up burning in my oven when we bake your pizzas. Nice kids overall though and we’ll certainly be back. (Hopefully to cleaner countertops)

They open at 11:00 am - placed on-line order at 11:30 am - order accepted for 3:30 pm pick up - go to pick it up and sign on the door stating closed due to staffing - I have an account for my on-line orders that includes my phone & e-mail...was never notified AND they charged my credit card - called repeatedly over the next couple days & no answer, no machine - no FB or website at all - finally had to go to PM's corporate who got back to me & said they will process a credit to my card - four days later and still haven't heard from this location - I understand staffing issues...but to take an order, the money & never notify people all day long...just unacceptableUPDATE - received the charges back on my credit card...will have to think twice before trying to order again from this location
