Went to pick up my mobile and arrived to the store to find the doors locked. I was going to pick up my order through the drive through. The line was really long so I took a quick drive around the block. When I came back, there was a note on the drive-through window, that said "sorry closed early." I could see the employees in there working. I called the store multiple times with no answer. Starbucks had my money and I didn't have my drinks. I spent about 20 minutes with Starbucks Corporate in getting my money back. The district manager reached out to me which I appreciate. I was so excited to have this Starbucks in Deforest, but I wont go back. On previous occasions my drinks tasted like they were watered down. I understand things happen beyond peoples controll, however the customers that had pending orders should have been called when the store opened again.

I went to Starbucks today and I had a Mobile order and went threw the drive thru to pick it up, the drive thru worker was very rude and yelled at us because my friend in the backseat started talking as I was driving away.... When I pulled up to the window the worker said "Hey I just wanna let you know we have cameras and saw eveything you where doing" and I said "what do you mean, we didn't do anything" and they said "you where sticking out are tongue at me" and I said "no I didn't do that?" And they said "mhmm okay well we can see". I wanna add my friend started talking as we drove up to the window no one stuck there tongue out or anything like that, and it made everyone uncomfortable bc we all got yelled at for just going to get Starbucks,I think corporate needs to train there employees better. There has been so many reviews on the customer service here and I think corporate should NOT let their employees treat costumers like this.

I ordered my drink to the wrong location without realizing and they quickly made me a new one and apologized even though it was my fault! Very nice and helpful group.

This is the worst possible location to put a Starbucks. Horrible traffic that has only going to get worse as more people find this place. Unbelievably bad decision to locate here. The staff is awful too and focuses almost entirely on the drive thru and ignores customers inside. Good thing I don't really like Starbucks and would much prefer the Dunkin a couple miles East! Do yourself a favor and don't patronize this Starbucks. It's awful!!!

My aunt ordered two peppermint mochas and lets just say, it was chocolate sludge, no coffee. I really wish that the staff would be trained properly before serving people incorrect drinks to customers. I do not blame the new employees, I blame whoever is neglecting to train them.

[I am writing this on behalf of my wife and her friend.]We went to this Starbucks today. We waited 14 minutes at the register before anyone even acknowledged that we were there. The baristas were filling orders for the drive-through but neglecting customers in the store. A line of seven more people arrived behind us before our order was taken. The service was slow. One of our drinks was obviously only two-thirds full. We had to stand in line again to get the drink fixed. We asked for half-an-half to fill the cup up. The barista pulled out a gallon of whole milk and poured it into the cup. I guess they are not trained to know the difference between half-and-half and whole milk. Those of us that live in DeForest were looking forward to having a great meeting place and great coffee in our town. But, we are disappointed in the atmosphere and service at our new Starbucks.

Service was horrible, when we ordered our drinks it took them a half hour to even begin making ours. Also giving attitude to a customer who is asking where the drinks are is unacceptable.

Ordered our pick up order for drive thru and tipped on the app… first time using this method to receive my order 11/15/2023 at approximately 4:55 pm we drove through and empty drive thru and parked to receive our order. Whomever addressed us at the window rudely stated next time stop at the first window because it messes with our system. Didn’t say please didn’t ask if it was my first time just instantly told me what I NEED to do next time as if I worked for her instead of me being a paid patron of this establishment. Never had a rude person address me at this deforest location that we go to every Wednesday but who ever this young lady was needs to be reminded how to treat paying customers
