The app has amazing deals! Honestly would love to complain about this place but they are great! You can’t expect five star service from Burger King but they do a great job and gave me a ton of extra fries for waiting while they made some fresh ones! Food has almost always been good! Great job y’all! :)

So this is the reason why BKs are going out of business. This restaurant is the definition of the bankruptcy of 400 stores. The first thing I ordered was the new candied bacon whopper. Not thawed and cannot sell it. You have a new promotion item to draw customers in your store and you can’t even sell it!! Go out of business you deserve it. So.. I ordered my food…. BK fish which is usually one of my goto’s. Got my large Diet Coke, and no ice cause the machine don’t work. Got my food. Fish sandwich and fries. Didn’t ask for extra or add one to the sandwich. Just a basic what you get fish sandwich. GROSS. more tartar sauce then bun, fish, pickles and lettuce. Fish was dry and over cooked. The only thing good was the ketchup made by Heinz. Heinz, you were the star of my meal. You let me eat all my not very crispy cold fries. Thanks Heinz!! Sad when ketchup was the star of the show. Kind of sick to my stomach now. I was starving so I cleaned my fish sandwich and ate it. Probably going to regret it.

Didn't get to eat there since my truck is to big for your drive though, and your lobby doors are locked. It would be nice if your sign said "open, drive though only" rather than "open"

Horrible. There was a little Mexican kid who kept messing up. We were standing in line for attest 10 minutes before he turned around and greeted us. He did not know how to put in a coupon. I think he should go and make a burrito or something because Burger King ain't for him

Was at drive through for breakfast at 9......they don't open until 10? Why even bother, just close this location.
Never had this bad of an experience. The drive-thru person made us feel like we inconvenienced her! She got our order wrong! Messy food with no napkins!

The single most disgusting hamburger experience of my entire life. It was obvious that the whooper junior was pre-made and then set under some heating source for a lengthy time to wear the bottom bun was so hard could not even bite through it and the lettuce had completely melted into a green poop and the ketchup and mustard had completely melted off from the entire sandwich. No point in complaining because clearly nobody here cares since they don't mind handing garbage like that to a consumer.

Came in about 12:45 PM; was first in line. There were about 5 drive through orders working. There were 4 people working; 2 in the kitchen and 2 out front. The dinning room was 56 degrees according to the thermostat. The dinning room soda machine was broken. It took over 20 minutes to get my order. The burgers & chicken wrap were warm, but the fries were cold. Will not return to this location.

We got there at 830pm for drive through and were told they would only be open for 5 more minutes. We were road-tripping w our 4 kids and ordered 8 burgers, 3 fries, a mozz stick and chicken nuggets. We’re told they only have 5 burgers, a ghost pepper burger and some chicken fries left…..yeah….that was interesting. Pretty disappointing.

The two staff members are way over worked. They were doing the best they could. Do something about it or don't open. Took my entire lunch hour from work waiting for my online order that I placed in advance.Sad. Don't do this to your employees. Yikes.
