This is absolutely disgusting these kids are gonna kill people I got a completely raw burger and underdone fries. I’m in awe of the people these places hire. I ordered pick up and no one could even acknowledge us for 15 mins because they’re too busy talking.I had to interrupt them to let them know I was there to pick up an order. Thanks for the $47 meal that we couldn’t even eat because weren’t not trying to die from raw burgers. Incredibly disappointing.

My sister and I meet here half way from our cities and to have lunch and shop and we are always pleased at this Delafield location, the staff and food are excellent yesterday Jorge L took care of us and he is such a pleasant efficient employee, pass on my message that we will be back because of this . That makes our visit so much more pleasant, besides delicious food and cleanliness of the place,thank you from the sister from Brookfield

Hey boss! Everyone in this picture deserves a raise. Your storefront is immaculate. Everything is stocked perfectly and everything is perfectly clean. This is a well oiled machine. Kudos to everyone here keep up the hard work. You will be rewarded.I wish they had these in Shanghai and Hong Kong. I would have at least two or four in each location. 5 guys has great food at most of their locations. This location not so much. If you get Cajun fries it's Cajun seasoning with a side of fries. For a 15 dollar burger mine was slapped together with little care.

I couldn't figure out how toplace an order with Door-Dash, so I simply ordered directly with "Five Guys" with no problem at all. The burger and BLT were great, with just enough grease and fabulous sautéed mushrooms. Fries, of course, were perfectly seasoned. Ordering was simple and easy, and delivery was swift. Unfortunately, I was unable to correct a punctuuation/spelling error. But...We'll be back!!
Man, great burgers! Quick service but, for love of everything holy please don't put so much salt on the fries! The sheer volume of fries you get is great but the amount of salt added you could attract a herd of deer.
Never had a bad experience at 5 guys. I'd give 5 stars but for 2 people to get 1 double 1 single, 2 fries and a drink at 38 dollars is just unacceptable.

After reading an article on their business model, I understand why they are expensive and I will be returning. Read the article on them, it explains everything. Always fresh, never frozen. Fries prepared in peanut oil. Private bread Distributer. Everything is in house. If people knew this they would change their minds on the cost factor.

5 stars would go to the young guys who were working at this location. You can feel their positive energy walking in the door. They are friends, I believe they said they are mostly from the same school and are there together having fun and working hard at the same time. That is the type of fun energy that would keep me coming back to a place. Now, the food, also 5 stars. Expensive? Sure, but worth every penny. The only negative would be the manager. I would give him less than a 1 star review. I overheard him talking negatively about one of the workers to others on his staff. That's a huge no-no. Moreso, the fella getting picked on was super pleasant and working his tale off while the GM was observed doing nothing. Made me uncomfortable to witness. Not cool, should not be in management. Due to this the atmosphere is marked down to a 3-star...and service and overall marks to a 4. Such a shame.
