“First time here. 5pm on a Tuesday. Was greeted right away by the smiling hostess. She proceeded to seat us at our table that was already set (we had reservations). Very nice relaxing atmosphere and a cozy bar. The service throughout the night was outstanding. Several different people stopped by often to clear a plate or refill waters, and all were very friendly. 3 people had filet, and I had a strip steak. A couple of us had the mushroom truffle soup that had short rib in it and really enjoyed it. All 4 steaks were cooked perfectly, and the 3 people that had the filet were very happy. Though my strip was cooked perfectly, the amount of fat that was left on it is unacceptable. If I'm going to pay around $50 for a steak, I'd prefer not to lose 4 bites of it due to fat (not the kind that you can chew). I ordered the Australian wagyu filet and it was cooked exactly how I asked and is probably the best steak I've had. Fries that came with it are also really good. Great, cozy atmosphere. “Mouth watering, melt in your mouth filet. Lobster done to perfection, partially removed, and presented on the tail. Fully loaded baked potato. Signature, crunchy shredded onion rings. Crisp, warm bread on which butter melts. Full bar. Excellent dessert menu. Great food, great drinks, great service. Upscale, but business casual works.
