It’s a bit confusing because the place also serves (east) Indian food.If Ricky is cooking the [mexican] food will be AWSOME! (We didn’t try any of the Indian cuisine.) Also thought our waitress Melly was great!Can’t wait to go back!!

This is not a true Mexican food restaurant. The original owners have sold. They now offer Mexican food or Indian food buffet. Mexican food is awful, absolutely awful. Margaritas are disgusting. Didn't try Indian buffet.

Hernandez Restaurant at one time, many years ago was an awesome Mexican Restaurant. It has since gone downhill. The carpet is worn and torn. Blankets randomly stapled to the wall. I had fish tacos tortillas were overheated and hard but the rice was good. There’s a $1.50 charge for chips. There was a bit of a mildew smell in the restaurant. I will not go back or recommend the restaurant

Arrived when it wasn't very busy. I'm going to keep this short. If you go here for Mexican food, your food will come out quickly. (I know this because people that came in after us were served and finished their meals while we waited). We went for the Indian Food, which they advertised heavily on Facebook. After over an hour, our food still had not come out. The server did not check on us in between. We had tickets for a show and were out of time. We finally caught her and asked to have the food we ordered boxed up. She said she would and went into the kitchen. Still we waited... and then ran out of time. We left without our food.

Wonderful place. Have been coming here with family for 20 years. Rafael and his people make you feel at home and the food is DELICIOUS! It's a cozy family restaurant with good value, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Great selection of food.

The food was plentiful and very delicious. The person who waited on us was very sweet and she worked so hard to make sure our experience was top notch! The only thing that I wondered about was the ground beef served in my tostada and taco. I have just never really had authentic Mexican food with ground beef in it. It reminded me a little too much of Taco Bell. I will say that the chicken in the burrito was very tasty! The tortilla chips and salsa (red and green - YUMMY) will cost you just over a buck, but they're unlimited refills. We really enjoyed our dining experience here and my wife and I definitely plan to go back to try some of their other items on the menu!

Service sucked,waitress took down our wrong and I explained to her it's whatever she takes the plates and goes and gets some other lady and she tells me that it's the same amount of food on the plate I got and the one I ordered to begin with but it's really not. Then get charged
