Biscuits undercooked..had a nice pretty piece of hair in my fiancé extra crispy chicken which was mildly taken care of they replaced it with a little leg instead of another piece of thigh so short changed on that resolution...i got the 3 piece tenders and nothing to brag about as far as taste or freshness...no mountain dew on tap and never replaced the time we was there...service was okay at the best...will be returning probably not

Did a large order through the App., had missed some items so did a separate order. The crew had realized same customer,two orders,no problems. In the past,have used this restaurant,orders would be all screwed up, the crew that is here now,have to say are top notch.

There's not usually a long wait. The service has always been good.The food is usually pretty good. Fresh.The Mac and cheese hasn't been the best the last few times we've had it.And just like everything now days... they're crazy expensive. In my opinion. Got my son alone dinner. He got a 5 pc tender meal with a side of mashed potatoes. It was almost $18! For one person!

Ticket #1160 restaurant #k071230Awful customer service. Didn't get the right beverage and didn't receive the sauce I asked for. Felt rushed and like I was an inconvenience to even be served. There was one other car in the drive thru unlike your competitors which is the main reason I chose this establishment but won't be from this point forward. Oh and I asked for coleslaw and got potatoes. 0 stars would nottttt recommend
