We're so glad to have done this multi-course dinner! The service was wonderful and the food was excellent!! The flavors and preparation were truly great! The portions were quite small and very rich, so be prepared for that. Great wine pairings with the meals!

Wow , We were blown away, such an incredible experience . From sevice providided by our server (I apologize her name eludes me)to Chef Patrick's beautiful prepared menu with wine paring all were executed flawless . You see I received a phone call from the property manager the day before. The manger explaining to me we were the only reservation on Thursday. I assumed I would be ask to dine on another date..NO,The manger not only wanted to honor our reservation, She DEMANDED we come for dinner. You see it was my girlfriend birthday and she didn't want to disappoint her..I was pleasantly surprised, and even more impressed. Being retired from the hospitality industry. We are already planning our next visit back to Opus. J.O CIA 80

The best food we’ve ever had. We had the 7 course dinner with wine pairing. Chef Joseph chatted with us throughout the meal through the open concept kitchen. Our server Skylar was great and knowledgeable about the wines and food. Every course was unique and out of this world amazing. 5-star dinner, and worth every penny. Can’t wait to come back to Lake Geneva only to experience this again.

My wife and I stayed at The Belfry House, ate dinner at the Opus At The Belfry House, and enjoyed a wonderful show at the Belfry Music Theater. The Opus At The Belfry House is a 5-Star top-of-its-class restaurant. We opted for the five course dinner rather than seven courses. Each course was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. They were sized to fill but not overly stuff a healthy appetite. The restaurant is beautiful with a view to the kitchen and the chef preparing your meal. The waitress was knowledgeable and gracious. She explained the background and preparation of each course and its accompanying wine as she presented it. I recommend The Opus At The Belfry House for an intimate and delightful dining experience.

We dined at Opus in early November '23 and opted for the 7 course tasting menu. I opted for cocktails while my partner did the optional wine pairing. For mains, one of us had the lobster and the other had short rib (the rest of the courses were set). The food came out at a good pace - we had plenty of time to talk and enjoy each dish but never felt as though the dinner was lagging. We don't typically enjoy "fine dining" but we really enjoyed the flavors and presentation of everything that came out from the kitchen. There was nothing that came out that was a miss and we really enjoyed savoring each dish. Chef Franklin came out from the kitchen after the meal and talked to each table, which was a very cool touch. My expectations were high going into the dinner and they were all exceeded. We look forward to dining at Opus again!

We love tasting menus and wine pairings and this was truly at the level we have seen in major cities! Seems incredible it's here!! It is expensive but the price is consistent with the quality and other tasting menus. Special evening of creative cuisine!

Attend a seven course tasting dinner for my birthday, several of our party described it as one of the best dining experience of our lives. Menu was thoughtfully prepared and every pairing was amazing. Highly recommend.

When you are in the mood to spoil yours taste buds, this is the place to go. Franklin, the chef, is incredible when it comes to unusual and enticing courses. They are labor intensive, made with an artistic flair and absolutely wonderful on the tongue. I definitely would do the wine pairings. Michael, my server, was great at timing the courses perfectly and explaining their preparation and ingredients in a mouth-watering style. This restaurant is a real gem and I will definitely be returning. Really...who thinks up using an ingredient that doesn't exist? Franklin does. He comes up an idea (such as chive flower vinegar or pine needle sorbet) and uses it in a course which showcases the new taste sensation perfectly. What a treat. I just can''t wait to do this again.

We had been trying to get to Opus for a while now and are so delighted we finally made it. The room is simple and lovely with a view of the excellent chef fixing our well plated, delicious, meal. Timing was good and wine pairing well done and certainly complimented the food. We have experienced several such meals in Chicago and Opus is competitive! We will be back and recommend the dining experience for a very special evening.

We did the 5 course meal with wine pairings. The wines were outstanding! The food was clever and very pretty. Our table all had the short ribs and I have to admit we were disappointed. Looked delicious- but not a lot of flavor.

The food and service were great. Atmosphere was relaxing and smart. Franklin is the new chef at Opus, and is well trained in a variety of cuisines. We had a wide variety of flavours, textures, and foods, and all were wonderful. Lots of personality and obviously enjoys his guests and what he is doing. Skylar was also an asset to Opus and served us well and professionally. Enjoyed the food and would be happy to go back.

My favorite color "palatte" is the one you can eat! This restaurant is in its own class here in the Lake Geneva area. Chef Franklin Perdue presents the most artistic dishes that taste as good as they look. The ingredients are local, organic, and/or wild caught. The uniqueness of flavors will be remembered. I am pleased to discover that the quality of dining experience you would find at a Michelin starred restaurant in Chicago is right here in Williams Bay. What a stunning treat for any occasion and what friendly staff! I can't wait to return!

This was just a fabulous meal! The pork belly ravioli was just so amazing! I could have eaten a whole meal of it. Also enjoyed the Dorian. My husband who doesn’t eat seafood enjoyed it! And the two desserts were just luscious and perfect at the end of the meal. I also got the wine pairing… there were some pairings that were just spot on. Kudos to Chef Kim for combining a touch of Asian flair to some of the dishes and having a well connected 7 course meal!
