Food looked like it had been sitting out the entire day. My protein was cold and dry, lettuce brown and soggy. Completely gross compared to Chipotle. Tried two different occasions, some friends from work tried it a couple times with similar results. Worker looked disheveled. Won’t eat here again and will recommend others avoid it as well.

I went out to eat here because I was excited to hear about a new location but unfortunately I will only be going to the Lake Geneva location. My food tasted great but I got food poisoning 6 hours later and was up all night. I’m guessing it was the chicken. This place was also pretty dirty upon walking in. I hope they can change this fast! Best of luck!

Wonderful & enthusiastic staff made eating out with food allergies a dream!!!Vegetarian options: Beans, rice, fajitas, salsa, lettuce, cilantro, guacamole, and chips are vegan...Dietary restrictions: Gluten free/corn free/vegan options!!!! Burrito bowls are great for those with tortilla/chip allergies... friendly staff can check ingredients for you as well!!!

This is a new open location. Much better than the Lake Geneva dirty place. However just like the Lake Geneva location the chips are terrible! They are so salty you can't eat them. When asking about it at the counter they said there is nothing they can do about it....that's the way they come.....too bad. As far as the rest of the food it's "ok" but not the best. The staff however is great! Good people and very willing to help and take of any issues they can.
