Unbelievable that there is still great customer service. Everyone was so helpful when I was asking about menu items they no longer have, they made me exactly what I wanted. Wonderful staff, that I wish was every where. Kudos to you all! Thanks for making my day.

This store has really went down hill since the prior management under Rob. We used to get greeted coming and going. Not anymore. Staff seems to be more interested in horseplay and having fun than taking care of customers. In the past the place was kept immaculate and the employees came around asking to pick up your tray or trash. Now it is almost impossible to see them sweep the floor. Waited over 20 minutes for in store order. Pitiful.

I haven't stopped at this Taco Bell before since it isn't that close to me. I was on the road and needed something to eat. I'm glad this was my stop. I watched the person making food and he was very specific in making the orders. So much so that I would actually say the food looked like the menu pictures! Not trying to sound sarcastic at all - the food was very good and what I would hope all Taco Bells hand to their customers but I can tell you that isn't the norm.
