Booked an igloo two months in advance through the website. Drove an hour to the resort, and when we arrived we were told our reservation was for inside the restaurant. What a waste of Valentine's dinner.

Had igloo overlooking lake . Dinner at 530pm. Charcuterie board was very good. Beautiful view & ambience. Gave us a blue tooth speaker that we synced with our phone for dinner music. Best waitress. Good food and drinks. A really wonderful night. Would recommend.

The IGLOO experience is perfect for drinks and socializing. Being best experienced during cold n snowy conditions the service seemed lacking due to the weather. Don't look towards the meal being "FineDining" because it is bar food at best.

I t was supposed to cost $75 but my credit card was charged over $125 It was definitely not worth that. I don't know why I was charged that much and as much money as we spent for the weekend, it was not worth it. Will not be back
Highly recommended igloo experience. Super neat. Service was great. Great staff. Food was ok. I don't recommend the steak, $50 for what tasted rather strange? $50 is just not justified. Overall highly recommended. Great atmosphere.

Convenient location inside of Lake Lawn Lodge. Quickly seated and reservation wasn't really necessary. Service was quite slow though. Even though the restaurant had only 6 or so seated tables. Food was okay. A little pricey for chili's type fanfare, but there was the convenience aspect. When we stay at the resort next I'll likely go to the 1858 fine dining restaurant in the resort instead, but would consider this for a light lunch.

We had the best night at the lookout restaurant! We were lucky enough to go during their, “spooky igloo” event where we are lakeside in the Halloween themed igloo. It was the highlight of our stay- our two kids absolutely loved it and it will be a great memory to always look back on. The staff also were on full alert making sure everything went smoothly. They in face fixed our reservation when I accidentally had made the wrong time frame for the event. Highly recommended by my family- we will be back as usual!

First time in Lake Geneva, traveled from Chicago for a getaway trip with my fiancé, family and friends. The waitress, Tonya, had an attitude while serving us, there was flies constantly flying around while trying to eat food, that actually was horrible. The food taste like it had no seasoning at all. I would not recommend if you are staying at the Lake Lawn resort, this restaurant was not the best place to dine at, at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would..Food & Service was horrible, waitress was rude.., place couldn't even hold off the flies..about 20 flies flying everywhere inside the eatery made it even more uncomfortable.
