Server did her best, but time between relish tray and main course was over nearly a hour and came cold. Even parts of the order were wrong. Beautiful environment. Very disappointing.

Extremely Disappointing! Loved the old Village. Excited about the new Village opening. Made reservations 5 weeks in advance to get reasonable Saturday night reservation time. Restaurant is beautiful. Girls at hostess stand were welcoming and friendly. Waited about 10 minutes to be seated giving time for drinks by the cozy fireplace in the bar. Burrata app was excellent. Had to request bread basket. App and salad were timed appropriately. Bus staff was attentive. No sign of our waitress after salads were delivered and our section wasn't even full. Found her and flagged her down about an hour later and mains came out 5-10 minutes after that. Both orders were wrong. Husband's prime rib was way overcooked/dry and came with mashed vs the baked potato he ordered. I order a pepper crusted medium well "no pink" filet which was bright pink with no pepper crust. Sent it back. Still bright pink except for a bite at each end and I was told no pepper crust because it was already cooked (for $55 why not prepare a new steak/what I ordered??). Being there over 2 hours at that point, I accepted it, ate my 2 bites of filet and asparagus. They took one drink off our check and brought us a piece of chocolate cake. I don't like chocolate cake so no benefit to the person without a meal after 3 hours. I want to like this place. Close to my summer home. Maybe lunch?

Mediocre at best. Building itself was beautiful. Food, not so much. Hope you like Boursin cheese. That cream cheese stuff in a tin at grocery store. That’s all they use. In everything. Maybe just season the food with seasoning. I was so disappointed.

Mediocre at best. Building is beautiful. Food not so much. Everything, and I mean everything, is smothered in Boursin cheese. You know, that cheap little tin of garlic flavored cream cheese in the grocery store. Maybe just use real garlic and seasonings. Service not great either. So very disappointed. We needed a great restaurant on the lake. This is not it.

The new building is beautiful and the service is top notch. Unfortunately we had high expectations and the food was really disappointing after waiting 3 weeks for our reservation. The chicken, ribs, French onion soup and cheese curds all had no flavor, spices or zest. Very bland at best.It is really too bad since we loved the food at the old village and used to come often. I truly hope the flavor/ food improves so we can once again call the village supper club a regular haunt like we used too. Without any food / flavor improvement it is not worth the price and time.It really hurt me to have to write this review since we looked forward to having the experience.

My Ribeye was cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the Friday Fish Fry, and had half fried half baked Cod and loved it. The potato pancakes were great as well. Our service was great!! Emily was our server, and Mackenna was our bus person. The GM came over to our table, and welcomed us, and made sure everything was to our liking. The new Village is stunning, and the most beautiful restaurant around here. The Village is exactly what we needed on Lake Delavan. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!

Delicious dinner and drinks. Started off with a Wisconsin classic, brandy old fashioned sweet. The bar was beautiful and the staff were friendly. Sat down at the table and ordered the New York strip, with the squash soup. The soup was the best squash soup I have tasted!! Especially with the garnish on top. The steak was done perfectly - medium rare, and the potatoes paired very well with it. The classic supper club setting was so relaxing! It wasn't too loud, and the server was friendly. Already looking at availability to make another reservation!!

I want to begin by reinforcing what others before me have shared. Any reviews prior to 2024 should be ignored. The restaurant has been reimagined and completely redone. The result is fantastic. From the food, to the ambiance, and the strong supper club vibe, this restaurant is wonderful. It is challenging to get a reservation during the winter, so I can't imagine what it's going to like during the busy summer season. We certainly look forward to returning to enjoy the outdoor fire pits overlooking the lake.

This supper club quickly rose to the top of our list. We drove over an hour for our meal and it was worth it! Great vibe and atmosphere, attentive service, beautiful food, tasty sides and apps. Our 8 year old loved her meal and devoured the bread basket! You won't be disappointed. Great for a family meal, meeting friends or a cozy date night. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!Kid-friendliness: Our daughter loved her meal and the ice cream that came with it. She also devoured the bread basket.

Any reviews prior to January 2024 should be ignored. This is a completely new restaurant. The decor, service, ambiance, and food make for a fantasitci experience. The only downside is the difficulty getting a reservation and a parking spot. We had Friday Fish fry; the bluegill, and the cod (both fried and broiled) All were delicious. The mussel appetizer was outstanding and the relish tray included, among other treats, heirloom carrots. The wine selection is decent and the bartender made the best Cosmopolitan! Thank you to the new owners for saving and bringing new life into this lakeside gem! You did everything right! Can't wait to return during patio season. (and the bathroom wallpaper is a fun touch. kudos!)
