HORRIBLE MCDONALDS!!! They messed up my order then told me I had to drive back to my house and get the food to prove they gave me the wrong thing, then proceeded to tell me that I ordered wrong when I clearly know what I ordered. On top of that when I tried to file a complaint they blew me off so had to call corporate to do it. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS ONE AGAIN.

There has been a few times whereas I asked for certain things on my sandwich and they were not on there the food that I did not want on there was on there. I paid extra for all of these toppings and I have not once gotten them I’m done getting food from here. Your employees need to read what’s on it better.

What is the point in ordering online if I still have to wait?!? Why do you have 2 drive thru lanes, but every time I visit there is only one open and one blocked off by cones? So many questions about Denmark Mcdonald's leave me with a bad taste, lingering after their mediocre biscuit sandwhiches. I will drive out of my way to visit another.

When we went in for our food, the lady behind the desk was not In a proper fast food working mood. She did not smile what so ever, and she had a very snappy attitude at all of us. Then while we were eating, a guy came in and apparently he has been waiting 20 minutes for his double cheese burger. So he had to get his money back and had a lot of waisted time on the restaurant. When we looked at our recipe, I ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget MEAL. But I did not get the MEAL aspect. I told the lady, "I'll take a 10 pc chicken nugget meal, with a large fry and a Mc flurry." She told me that she couldn't substitute the Mc flurry in for a drink, so I had to get a drink and the Mc flurry separate.. then while we were about done with finishing our food, my little sister was sitting next to the wall with this big painting over her. The painting FELL and almost hit her, it would have hit her if my grandma didn't put her arm out. It took about a minute or so for someone to come out from the back and look at what happened. I told him that the painting fell, and he just nodded. Only a nod and nothing else, I gave him a look and he took his time to come out. My brother, who was easily lifting up the heavy painting, had the guy go up to him and was told "I got this little man". But the worker couldn't lift it up, and had to get the chick that was serving us to lift it. Then they were going to put it back on the wall.My experience was very poor and I hated it. I don't know if I'll be going to this McDonald's again
