Staff lack training And professionalism. I had received a gift card and was unsure of $$ amount. So I stopped in and asked if they could check for me, instead of checking they, unbeknownst to me, took all the $$ off of it. I decided not to purchase anything since it didn't seem like they knew how to use a gift card, so I stopped at the next Caseys about 15 miles away. They checked the card and said nothing was on it. Have to go inside for gas receipt. I stopped for gas last fall and had to go inside. Same thing happened today. Attendant said the receipt at the pump doesn't work. I didn't ask if it was ever fixed, just told him I wouldn't stop again

My friend got so sick from eating Casey's pizza, her daughter called me to come and stay with them! She thought she was going to die, she didn't, but wished for death a while she felt so horrid. I liked their pizza myself, but after listening to how they were treated and dismissed on the phone, and not at all concerned about checking and or chucking there ingredients! So I'm really really never eating their pizza again and continue to advise others against them.
