What an adorable market/coffee house! Awesome welcoming atmosphere, the two employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We stopped in on a holiday Sunday, and did not think they would be open and they were - yay!-- Much to our surprise! We do not live in the area, and we're thankful to get some fresh delicious coffee and baked goods. We decided to try the triple ginger cookie and the oatmeal raisin cookie. Fantastic- both of them! Wow, so good and savory. Fresh, moist, perfect amount of crunch and softness. We also got a couple of coffee to go, a regular black coffee, and one of their latte specials, the roaring 20's. Really good! I could definitely see coming here often if we lived in the area.The building itself is beautiful and well maintained. The market has a lot of fresh breads, baked goods, light food, as well as local fare for sale. Would love to come back and try more again. Really cute store!Parking: We found street parking right in front of the local market, there may be a parking lot in the back but we're not able to check.

Can a cookie change your life? Maybe not, but it can make your day. I stopped in today just out of curiosity. I bought a triple ginger jumbo cookie. It was so good. It was soft and chewy: the perfect texture. It was not too sweet, too buttery or too gingery. The next time I visit, I will buy a bunch and freeze them. A perfect cookie!!!

Checked it out recently. While basically "nice," I can't help thinking that for the price of their sandwiches, at least the bread could be fresh. It was kind-of stale. I also ordered a chocolate croissant and I have to say that while the croissant wasn't bad, it was pretty light on the chocolate content.

What a find, a true treasure to discover this charming cafe that serves REAL wholesome, homemade, organic food and much of it is sourced directly from the local area farms! We were scoping out places for breakfast and our Airbnb host recommended this place. We were charmed immediately by the retooled Rexall Drug counter, great homemade baked goods for sale and friendly vibe. I order the cheese grits with sausage gravy and cheese. My husband ordered the biscuits and gravy. My husband said it was the best he has ever had (this from someone who almost exclusively orders this for breakfast wherever we go). The biscuit was buttery and stellar. Grits and gravy were equally decadent and dripping in melted butter. What a great find and local spot.
