I am currently on a mission to find the best chips and salsa, lime margarita, and steak taco. Everything tried is rated on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the best.Chips and Salsa: Chips seemed like they were going to be thicker, but when you bit into them, they were actually quite thin and airy. They were served warm, but were very bland. The salsa was herbaceous however there was no real flavor, it was kind of weird - 1Lime Margarita on the rocks: This margarita is the holy grail of margaritas. It was served in a LARGE, frozen, terracotta mug. This was a great margarita! - 5Steak Taco:Flavor: 1Fullness: 5Appearance: 3This steak had zero seasoning/flavor.Chorripollo - The chorizo had no flavor but spice. The saving grace to this dish was the chicken. The chicken had a nice char and had some seasonings added to it. The chicken made the dish appealing - 3 (only because of the chicken)Steak Fajitas - This comes with a TON of food, however it is completely flavorless. The best thing with the whole dish was the refried beans, and they weren’t anything spectacular. - 1Service - Our service was very nice and just had a smile on his face the whole time. He was very attentive. - 5Pretty much everything here was extremely bland and flavorless. Corralejo hits it out of the park every time we eat there (weekly)! The food is delicious. We especially love their house made chorizo, molcajetes, guacamole Mexicano, margaritas, and the palomita. The servers are helpful, accurate, and attentive and yet give you space to eat your food. Definitely give it a try.

Definitely the best Mexican restaurant food I've ever had. The Staff is amazing and always willing to make your dining experience pleasurable. The prices are also very reasonable for such quality food. Corralejo has become a weekly visit for my family and I. You won't be disappointed!!!!
