“The service here is solid and fairly quick, but the food is mediocre at best. I ordered a burger and seasoned waffle fries. The burger was average, but the fries were a bit too crunchy and overcooked. I did eat one of the wings my brother in law ordered, and those were fairly tasty and appropriately crunchy. Drink and food prices were very reasonable, so I felt it was a good value for the money. Service and prices 4 stars, food was 3 stars. Stop on in for a quick lunch if you are passing through Eastman!“

“Great time with friends & family! Hamburgers using beef from local farms. Great asian chicken salad with very tangy dressing. For our short wait the generous server stated us with a veggie platter. Make sure to save room for the homemade cupcakes. Great views & seating outside.“

“I parked at the accompanying truck stop for the night and will certainly return next time I'm in the area.Best cheese curds I've ever had, and my panini was delicious.Service was FAST, I got my food less than 10 minutes after ordering. Same with the drink and my dessert (house made coconut cream pie)The prices were great, cheaper than many other similar dtyle restaurants.The waitress was very friendly and stopped to check on me pretty frequently.I was quite surprised by the coffee. Diner coffee doesn't get much better.Diners are my preferred restaurant choice other than the occasional sushi selection, and as a trucker I've been to diners all over the country. This place is on my top 5 list. I would return any time, and plan to do so!“

“Love this restaurant! I wish I lived closer. We had a party of 9 and the restaurant was packed. Yes, we had a reservation. I recommend it. There were so many people waiting tables. “From entering to leaving this establishment you feel valued and like family. The service from waitresses impressive; friendly and polite. Those who prepare your meal are Chef's. I will give many shout-outs to Bill Tieman who prepares your Friday fish dinners. AMAZING!!!! Don't take my word for it, go and find out for yourself. You will never go anywhere else for Friday fish.Parking: Parking is on street or across the street. Plenty of space.“

“Great service. Seriously no complaints whatsoever about the staff. It’s the Midwest after all. The food and the prices for the quality of what you get it my big issue. Hard and cold fries, I’m sure I could have asked for some new ones, but they were just Ortega waffle fries so it wouldn’t have done any good. The burger was ok. The blue cheese burger needs some kind of binding sauce. The bun was chewy. Drinks were cheap, but we didn’t know until the bill came since the prices aren’t on the menu.“

“Caught them on the last day of the season, so a limited selection of drink/food options, but very nice people, great views from the deck, and we plan to go back next summer because it looked like it could be a blast on a more usual day... ? ?“

“The food was great. I got the catfish nuggets and mashed potatoes. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly. Our server only stopped at our table once to take our order and then threw our receipt on the table about halfway through our meal. We would have liked to order dessert, but were unable to get their attention. Overall, I was happy with this place and would go again.“
