Based on prior reviews we were skeptical to go here, we stopped anyways and I'm so glad we did. The staff was friendly, big variety and portions were great at a reasonable price. Will definitely go there again!

Portions are tiny. New person must've been working. He didn't understand the order of the coffee ice cream, he started making something with coffee. Then once corrected, he started scooping in incorrect ice cream. Had to tell him yet again & point yet again to which one. Pricey as well for the small portions.

We have been a long time customers of this location and we just walked in and left due to the disgusting lack of cleanliness. The entrance is covered in sticky hand prints, the floors are unkept, there were ice cream scoops left inside the ice cream containers, which I know is a violation of health code and the ice cream containers were sitting lopsided. See photos for more detail. Gross. Won't be back until things change significantly. Lastly, the cones have been stale the last few times we orderd them. Quite the bummer because we love Baskin Robbins. ?

Advertised as open until 10. Got there at 9:30, doors are locked, sign says lobby closes at 9, drive thru open til 10. Went through drive thru. Worker says they have only donuts and some coffee, that they're defrosting ice cream and it's not available. Either hire people who are actually going to keep the place running for the store hours, or change the store hours.

I went to get ice cream and all the tubs looked pretty melted. The staff are friendly but the store itself was not the cleanest and could be better maintained. I usually use the drive through at this location and never have any issues.

I haven't been to a Baskin-Robbins in 20 years, so one being in Eau Claire was exciting! My expectations were too high for this one. 24 flavors, not 31 as advertised, the cones were stale and the poor teenage staff were overwhelmed with the amount of customers that ordering was chaotic. Save your time, cash and shattered expectations and visit Ramones in Eau Claire instead.

And there it was! Dunkin’ Donuts in Eau Claire! My wife wanted a good coffee and she knew she could find good coffee here. We both enjoyed our coffee and a bag of Munchkins(donut holes). We were most certainly happy to find this place since we do not have a DD’s where we live. Drive-thru line was steady. The restaurant was clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. We enjoyed our order in the sunshine on the patio. Thank you all as you all helped to start this day off right. Merci Beaucoup!
