5:45 PM on a Friday night and I get not even half a cup of burnt steak crumbs… It’s a Friday night, maybe next time prepare more steak in advance? There was no one ahead of me and three people in the restaurant itself… Won’t be coming back.

It is a copy of Chipotle, no real atmosphere just fast food like. Food is pretty good but not authentic Mexican, again, Chipotle like.

Very disappointed $9.00 for burrito then to be charged $2.37 for a squirt of queso cheese is crazy same with the burrito bowl got charged $2.37 for guacamole. The meat was burnt and it was 11:00 a.m. not

Food was good. Chips were very fresh which I always appreciate. The staff was so nice, compared to other similar places they mad recommendations and were extremely respectful. I will return because of the staff.

I understand people do not get paid a ton of money to work here, but I still expect better customer service. The two guys working were nice! The two women appeared super annoyed we were there at 720pm. I found a bone in my food (I ordered the chicken burrito bowl). They did not seem to care. Also they put my food in to-go containers but we ate in. This place used to be good. Food was not good, hubby threw away his. Won’t be back.
Wow! Such good food and the service was awesome. Very friendly staff, portions were huge and so flavourful. When we went it was empty so it was quiet for our lunch. I would highly recommend trying the steak burrito bowl because the flavours meld so well. I am definitely going again and if you've never been, get there you will not regret it. Thank you Burrachos for the best Mexican fare I've had in Eau Claire.

Go here quite frequently and I once got some rice in my burrito that was just pure salt, I’m talking a spoonful each bite and was unable to eat it :(. I usually don’t bother complaining to places but I thought I would call and just let them know so they could take care of it before sending to other customers. I spoke to an employee and she was super nice and said she would add my name to a list in the managers office for a free entree, which I wasn’t expecting but was super appreciative seeing as I couldn’t eat my meal. Fast forward to today I go in order my burrito tel them my name well don’t yah know it’s not on the list but I was told by the manager that she believed me so she would give me 10% off…. Haha what a joke.
