Very insulted and dissappointed to be honest. Ask how much I was charged for this. I had no choice due to time to present this was for my 21 year old son.Those beads look like they came from the dolllar general. The flag is taped up with office tape.Did you color that with dry markers... Im not looking at a cake that kindness went into. This is a tsunami of a disaster.Can't make this stuff up. I call things what tbey are. This is GROSS!Its not even the money. I could tell when he saw it that he was super unimpressed but wanted to be humble. I know my son. That sucked!I showed my facebook friends and family and good Lord. Then my 2 oldest kids and my sisters. You cant treat people like this. Or is this your standard at the very least? This photo has made it all the way back to our family in Jamaica and all over the United States.Who approved this?Ughhh!! It would be nice if Nina the owner provided some explanation or public response.

Cupcakes were disappointing! Frosting was good but the Cupcakes were very dry. Not worth $60 for sure. Was embarrassed to serve for a special birthday party. Won't buy ever again.

I am less than impressed with the customer service. I had been told the cake tasting was free, so we did that since we were initially super excited about going through Buttercream. We had a few flavors picked out but knew there were more because we got the traditional flavors and weren't even asked what we wanted to try. So we asked about trying a few other ones. The owner agreed and said of we wanted to just sample a couple of more (which by the way was less flavors and way smaller pieces), we had to submit a deposit of $150 which was supposed to go towards our final cost. Since we were excited about the original choices and the new flavors, we decided what we wanted to do. However, covid changed the restrictions on the number of guests we can have, so we tried to contact on several occasions and different ways, but she will not return any of our messages.

We heard nothing but raving compliments from our guests about our wedding cake, on everything from its design to taste. It looked so elegant and was absolutely delicious. Anna and the staff at Buttercream were very accommodating with our tasting, design, and delivery.

Placed an order on their website, which didn’t mention orders had to be placed multiple weeks ahead of time. I first got a message saying it would be delivered late, then they canceled it 30 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. Grubhub called saying it wasn’t a “specialty order” so it wasn’t ever made. I understand this protocol completely, but please, make your website clearer so people don’t expect a cake delivered and end up disappointed! I’m sure it would have been delicious.

Buttercream made my day absolutely special! Not only was the cake delicious (and I cannot emphasize enough just how delicious it was) but it was stunning to look at! EVERYONE was taking pictures of the finished product! The guests, husband, and I all agree: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would recommend that if you want a custom cake design request to see proof that the cake artist can do what your asking for. our cake looked aweful, not anything like what I'd requested, like what I'd sent to the artist as examples for what I wanted thr cake to look like. that being said the cake was absolutely delicious, best tasting cake I've ever ordered, even though it was late (vehicle broke down, it happens). I was just super disappointed that the design wasnt planned ahead and at least tried/practiced if it was something the artist hadn't done before. it looked as though no practice of that particular style was done or no experience doing that style of cake before.
This place is amazing, they have a great variety of cake flavors and our so friendly. Love them so much!

We had a wonderful experience working with Nina for our New Year's Eve wedding. We decided to order cupcakes for our guests and she offered us tastings of any flavor we wanted to try. In the end, we decided on 5 incredible flavors -- red velvet, german chocolate, vanilla bean, almond praline, and black bottom cheesecake. She also included a 6-inch cake for us to cut during the reception. The cupcakes are very large, and even more delicious. We couldn't have asked for anything different!

Where do I start....rude, customer service was bad, cake design terrible, and overcharged. I recently used buttercream for my wedding and was so disappointed with the cake. Which no bride should be upset on her wedding day over a cake. I was able to get a free birthday cake for my husbands birthday, and got that screwed up too. All I asked was for a birthday cake that said halpy birthday and was in red, white, and blue. I got a white cake that had nothing on it. I will never use buttercream or recommend anyone to go through buttercream.
