Me and my husband went there and I cannot say enough of how disappointed I was.We each ordered the Philly cheese steak with cheese & bacon fries.We proceeded to wait for our food for over 45 minutes, and when we got it the fries were cold, the cheese was ice cold, and the bacon on top was literally still frozen, and forgot to put half the toppings on our sandwich.My Husband took our food back up and the 1 worker that was there proceeded to tell him he was late for work and didn't have time to heat anything up.

I could see a girl in the back on her phone.He never asked me what I wanted on my sandwich. His attitude seemed like he would rather be almost anywhere else.

I came here around 4:30 too order two large lemonades and I sat there for around ten minutes with three other people waiting for someone to serve us. no one was up front, it’s actually pathetic. There were two people sitting in the back on their phone acknowledging that we were sitting there and yet still didn’t help us. Once the guy finally came up he had horrible work ethic and horrible service honestly should be fired!

I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and it was the most disgusting sandwiches I’ve ever had. I opened it within 5 minutes of receiving it and the paper was practically disintegrating because the bread was soaking wet. Also the contents of the sandwich were outside of the bread. I called after I opened the sandwich as I had gotten it to go and left (I have a screaming baby) and no one answered. I wasn’t even able to leave a voicemail. Don’t waste your money here.

Decided to try Charley’s today and I waited over ten minutes for my food when the place wasn’t busy. I watched employees standing around. Once I got my food, my sandwich was not even edible, the bread was soaking wet with and the sand which fell apart and couldn’t even be eaten. I tried calling multiple times to try to make this right & got no answer. This was a waste of my time and money. Will not be returning.

everytime i go there, there is always this really rude girl taking my order, i think her name is rieley. i asked for my sandwich and fries to be in a to-go box and she brought it out on a plate, and when i asked her if i could have it in a to-go box she got upset at me and raised her voice and started being snippy at me, and when i re-asked, she took about 4 to-go boxes and basically threw them at me and told me "i am not remaking this for you, you can do it yourself" when i didn't ask her to remake it i literally just asked for A, SINGULAR, box, not 4 thrown at me. and everytime i go here she always has her hair down and never has her hair up or in a hair net, i literally had multiple pieces of her hair in my food. DISGUSTING. if you want good service with your food and NOT hair in your food, please please PLEASE do not go here.

He came back ten minutes laying with a small little cup of cold fries, he said that they forgot to put down fresh ones and gave me whatever was leftover, the filling in my cheesesteak was nothing but cheese, few pieces of meat and one pepper.
