If I could rate it below zero I would. Walked up to the counter where the woman employee was rinsing out blenders. She looked at me and said I need to go to the bathroom. Can you come back in 10 minutes. I said I was leaving the mall. She said awwww and went back to rinsing her blenders with her back to me.

Waited in line for 20+ minutes for 4 blizzards. All 4 were melted and would never have passed the upside down test, which was never done. They were placed in a carrier with no lids and made a huge mess. One blizzard was drinkable it was so melted. Also, I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and it was missing cheesecake. Service and quality has been steadily declining at this location.

This is a little DQ so they don't have most of the menu items. No food, no chocolate ice cream, they don't take gift cards. They do have blizzards, misty's, dilly bars and Orange Julius.

worst and most rude workers ever. not clean, hear them complain while making drinks, rolling their eyes as they make my smoothie, stale brownie pieces in my blizzard. absolutely horrible and disgusting.

The food at Roadside is nearly all organic and locally sourced. You get a HUGE plate of food and it is DELICIOUS!! No TV to draw your attention away from visiting. Very good service. Real food for a fair price. Love it!!

The owners clearly don't respect the health and safety of their employees or customers. Displaying dangerous false information about COVID-19 is extremely destructive and absolutely unforgivable. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone and will actively tell anyone I talk to avoid this place. I went to school with the Robertsons and I am extremely disappointed and ashamed to know them.

This place is now called Roadside Icecream and Diner. Not only do they have a sexist quote aimed at women, but they also have a whole list of why they think this pandemic is essentially a hoax. If they don't care about the health of their customers and staff duing a pandemic, can you imagine what other health code violations they commit? This place used to be a staple in the community, it's shameful what it has become. If you value your health and wellbeing, DO NOT give this place your business. Eau Claire has many other businesses that surpass this one in quality, price, and morals.

Ew. The pool is super dirty. The water is a cloudy light yellow color. When I was standing in water that came to my ribs I could hardly see my feet. All of the venting is covered in dust. It's just gross. Not worth the effort to get here.

Stayed for 2 nights, 3 days. After a long day out on day 2, noticed there was a empty beer bottle in our garbage! Husband certainly was not drinking so we were really bothered to know that someone had entered our room! I do not feel safe and felt that my privacy was violated especially when we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door the whole stay.

Upon arrival we were not told the pool was under construction. We were offered passes to the trampoline park after we found out the waterpark was closed but one of us has neck issues and can't jump. We were pleasantly surprised when manager, Dylan, offered a free upgrade and complimentary food from the pub. We were happy with a dairy queen treat, thank you for making things right.

We booked a room on Hotels.com and got to this resort only to find out the water park was closed for renovation. Additionally, the third bed that we thought we were getting on the online booking was not what hotels.com reserved for us. Those 2 items were the reason we wanted to stay here. Dylan - who was very professional - made it right and upgraded our room to accommodate us nicely. Thank you for taking the time to make it right!
