I found Dessert First Bakery on a parent page for UW-Eau Claire by accident! Being that my daughter's birthday was days away I thought, I'd reach out and see if they could last minute put together an order and deliver it. Well they nailed it! They were out of town, but responded promptly and agreed to whip up a dozen cupcakes with split flavors and get them delivered to her dorm the next day. My daughter said they were delicious - highly recommend! They communicated quick, delivered as promised, and the cupcakes looked amazing!!

Sorry for the late review but our wedding and anniversary cake was fantastic and they delivered promptly and had great communication with us the entire time! Answered all of our questions and offered great advice as well. Pricing was very fair for the quality cake we had! Will definitely come back for more.

HIGHLY recommend buying from here. I stopped in the day of my anniversary to see if they had any chocolate covered strawberries available, and I was unware that it was based on pre-ordering items. However, they were able to get me what I needed within a 2 hour span. I booked them for my wedding this year, and couldn't be more excited. Buy as much as you can from them!

We sampled cupcakes from a few different places in Eau Claire for wedding deserts.Jess and Duane were very easy to communicate with and even provided a few cupcakes to sample before we committed.We ordered a cake and three different cupcake flavors for our reception and loved them all!! The Mexican Hot Chocolate cupcakes had the perfect balance of rich chocolate and spice and were the favorite of the night.We highly recommend Dessert First without reservation if you are looking for tasty desserts that also look good for a special event!
