Poor taste to drinks . Coffee tastes fake. Ordered 3 different types of coffee and none of use finished and threw coffee away. Donuts were not tasty and dry/hard. Server was down right rude and played on personal phone before taking order.

I’ve been here 3 times since moving to Wisconsin and haven’t had an issue , today apparently was not a good day 8/03/24 @11:06am . The girl in the drive thru window was very rude and short probably not someone who should work the window . I get not everyone is in a good mood or may have many things going on in life .Food for thought!!?! ……so does the rest of the world , your not the only one .

Did a mobile order and got everything I ordered. I had to try the churro items they had available. Everything tasted amazing and I could tell it was fresh. Iced coffee was so good it didn't last long!

My order is always correct and speedy service. This morning I placed an order wrong and when I picked it up I was like shoot! I need to replace this but the girl who helped me was so kind and remade it for me even though it was my fault. She was peppy and sweet and I wish more customer service workers were like her! I don’t have her name but whoever was working around 11:30 this morning - you’re the best! Kudos to you!

Ordered for delivery at 6:30pm dasher gets there and they closed earlier than 8pm so instead at 7pm no big deal our dasher called us and told us the place was dark. I work in the service industry and if there's a pick up and you go through drive thru we give it to you. The dasher went through drive thru on call and the lady working ignored him, was rather rude, and was aggressive when handing the order which I heard all on the call and with what the dasher told me while we were on the call figuring out the closing situation as it's not stated anywhere on the site. This has left a sour taste in my mouth and I'm rather upset with how my dasher was treated because I wanted a wake me up for the long night might not order from Dunkin again if this is how the staff treat people

We had a poor experience here. I would not recommend coming to this specific location. Our service wasn’t great, specifically from whoever handed us our food. They should probably go home for the day.
Went at about 10:30 AM and coffee tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Also got food poisoning from a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich which was also burt. I wouldn't ever go here again, 10/10 would NOT recommend.

The folks here don't always understand that mobile orders should be filled when the order is received, so people can pick them up without waiting around. Too often they prioritize drive-thru orders and ignore my mobile order until I arrive.
