The only thing this place can be consistent about is messing up my order every single time I go here. I was very sick and starving so I placed an order for delivery. I ordered a chicken and bacon sub and received a sub with dry, nasty rubbery ham, mayo and lettuce. The bread was also dry and seemed old rendering the sandwich inedible. I called right away and all they could offer was to mail me a coupon for a free sandwich. I never got the coupon. Beyond that, I ordered 2 bowls of broccoli cheese soup. Both bowls had burnt big chunks of soup. I was incredibly disappointed that I had spent $30 on a meal that was gross and not what I wanted. I will never use this location again.

I order through Uber eats and have always had a decent experience. Today I ordered Uber delivery was excellent as always, but my sandwich showed up on stale bread that was cracked and falling apart. My sandwich had two pieces of meat on it. The roast beef was brown and dried up. I requested extra onions and lettuce. There were a few slivers of onions, the lettuce was brown and red. The rice crispy treat was stale. The rice crispy had no texture at all, and had taken on the flavor of oil and butter. There was a thin layer of chocolate and peanut butter on top that tasted like it had been watered down.I removed Erbert and Gerbert from my favorite order list today. Disappointed, it was like taking $15 ripping it up and throwing it in the trash.

I made a delivery order online and I am not impressed. I have been to this location twice before in person and it was fine nothing special but not bad service however, this was a tad ridiculous. I ordered our food online for delivery as we both had long days and didn’t want to leave to get food. Nowhere did it say on the site that our delivery would be made via Doordash?? I thought E&G had their own drivers. Anyway, our food arrives and I notice we’re missing an item. I don’t have the Doordash app. I cannot go through previous orders on the app to report it. Our driver did not respond. The link sent to track the order was to quite literally only track the order. I called the store and I got a very short response of “You need to contact doordash” after I explained that Doordash doesn’t have the order on their app and the link doesn’t do anything. The app also has no “Support” option that I could find to get in contact with someone. After this I go to enjoy what of the order we do have and the Avocado on my Narmer sandwich is missing. Super unimpressed and unhappy.

The worst E&B I have ever had the displeasure ordering from. They have yet to get a single order correct. The food I ordered has yet to show up (1h 50min). This will be the last time I order from them. Teach your employees to do refunds so I don't have to wait several hours for a manager to help me.

My daughter went in to possibly order. She was yelled at and told to leave and called a homeless person. We called to ask about it and they yelled at me for allowing my daughter to be out at this time (9:30 pm). They refused to give me the GM's info ant got very rude with me and hung up on me.

Messed up my order, then gave attitude when I wanted the non-delivered item refunded and hung up on me. Crazy, terrible service. What happened to recognizing the error and simply fixing?

We walked in, the workers was on her phone talking about someone freaking out? The women in front of us stormed out, the worker didn't care. We just left and the worker never got off her phone call. Never coming back to this specific location.

Took a visitor from Indonesia here for lunch. Manager was surly. Food was ver ordinary…NOT LIKE THE OLD DAYS as reported in other reviews. Place has gone downhill. Eat next door at The Nucleus for good food and pleasant personnel.
