I refuse to believe there is any way to justify a $6 delivery fee for a $7 sandwich. Door dash is cheaper and it's 3rd party, despite the usual delay that way. I'll wait, cause that's an outrageous amount for a delivery fee.

I ordered an unwrap to be delivered to my house. Jessica took the order. They charged me $6.00 delivery fee to go about 2 miles.The delivery guy left my order in the door without knocking. I called wondering where my order was cause it had been close to 1 hour. Jessica was the person I talked to. Terrible customer service. I asked what happened to Jimmy John's "speedy delivery " She said they no longer go by that. She popped attitude and blamed it on me Said I could call back when I lost the attitude.I'm over it- I boycotted Jimmy Johns for years because their CEO is a trophy hunter.So, no loss because I live by Cousins subs that blows Jimmy John's away and Erberts and Gerberts is much better too.Everyone is short staffed but that doesn't mean I need to tolerate employees with issues.

We were very tired and walked to this eatery from the next door hotel for a quick supper. Thought the bread was a little hard but that's probably just my personal preference. Sandwich was good. The young people working there were terrific........friendly and very capable.
