Absolutely no pizza was "hot and ready" felt this was false advertising and I was seriously hangry. Then we not only had to wait for the pizza my wife is door dashing and had to wait for the order they marked as ready when it wasn't. Cutting into her delivery times which costs her money. Btw. The guy behind the counter didn't know anything about when the was going to be ready and was instead worried about pop labels facing the right way. He must really hate his job. I left the store while the wife waited. I was not impressed or happy one bit.

Everytime i call there they are very prompt to answer and take my order. Very pleasant on the phone. The food is always done when i get there nice and fresh along with lots of smiles.

Called around 1:30pm on a Saturday. Were told it would be a 45-60 min wait for food. Ok, lunch time...I get it. We were asked to be put on hold for 4-5 minutes. We gave up after being on hold for over 20 mins. The real kicker, we got to listen to everything going on in the background, including the great number of customers that were helped before us.
