Spent 5-10 minutes standing in the store before an employee bothered to tell me they are only doing online orders. During hot and ready hours. Maybe get a big sign on the door telling people that (instead of filling it with giant ads and "we're hiring" signs) or learn to engage customers rather than wasting their time. Corporate should shut this location down rather than letting it ruin their reputation

Do not work at this location. I have not been paid in over a month and every time I call or go in to inquire about my paycheck I’m always told that it will be direct deposited in a few days. I have been to the store three times now and I have called seven times. I have three voice recordings. One recording of the owner getting my direct deposit info and telling me my check should be deposited and two recordings of the manager stating that it will be deposited in a few days.

Placed an order for 6:15 two hours in advance. Show up at 6:15 and it hasn't been started. I call the number after 15 minutes and I get yelled at that it "will be ready when it is ready" and that they don't have time to check the status. Extremely unprofessional.

Waited inside for 15min before someone came to the counter to tell me they where closing at 7. I got there at 6:45 and they didn’t tell me till after 7. Signs outside say close at 8. Place has had terrible service for a few years now but it keeps getting worse. Go to dominos down the road, it’s freshly made and faster than these guys.

I ordered 2 hrs & 20 minutes before I needed to pick up my order. When I arrived only a couple of minutes before, my order was still not started. I finally got someone's attention, and they rudely told me that orders were being completed in the order received. Another customer said he ordered 40 minutes ago and his was completed about 5 minutes before mine, which ended up being 12 minutes late. The customer service was terrible, and I honestly think they lost my order, when I was just trying to plan ahead. I remained completely kind to the employees, as I understand having a bad day, however they certainly took their bad day out on us customers asking where our food was.
