First time coming into Papa Murphy’s was greeted by Mariah super nice and friendly, very helpful explaining their menu. Overall good price delicious pizza and inviting.

Slow, didn't understand, refuses to honor coupons, took 3 minutes to check out and 10 minutes to make pizza in a dead store at 12:30 on a Sunday. "We're hourly and we act like it." While taking the 10 minutes staff member asked manager "what??" 4 times. It really is not that complicated.$20 for a pizza you can get at Aldi for $6.No mask, no distancing, just confusion laziness and attitude.

It had been a while since I’ve been to a papa Murphy’s. We just don’t eat much pizza. I was in the area of the gateway location so I popped in. It was Tuesday so they told me about the create your own up to five toppings for $12. I love it when restaurants tell you about specials right away. It means they care about you the consumer. The two young ladies were awesome and friendly. One was the manager.I ordered a play on the Thai chicken chili one. I got chicken, bacon, Thai chili, bell pepper, and green onions. It was sooooo good! I like that it’s not the same run of the mill toppings. I like flavor and variety. I normally don’t give five stars, especially for pizza. Now my preference is to add extra chili sauce. I had some at home lol. But I I understand they have measurements and recipes to adhere to. Totally understandable. Like I said, I wanted extra flavor. I’ll definitely be back to this location. The quality, the clean restaurant, and the friendly staff will make me go out of my way to come to this location. Keep rocking it! ✌️?

Just picked up an order my girlfriend placed online. Not knowing what she ordered I didn't realize there were items missing. Called to see about a refund and there is no manager on duty to help with the situation, nor will there be for the next 2 days. The person we spoke to placed us on hold without informing us we were being placed on hold. I've never heard of a business operating without a manager on duty, makes me wonder if this restaurant is complying with keeping at least 1 serve safe certified employee on hand. Beyond unacceptable customer service.

Pizza is obviously great, but girl that was working tonight was an absolute grouch. I ordered online and showed up a bit early. She looked for my pizza and very rudely told me it’s probably still on the line. This was irritating to her apparently. I said no problem and stepped back to wait. She was rude and short to two other customers. I also heard her be extremely rude to the 2 other employees, bossing them around like they were her minions. Sad because the nicest kids work here. One in particular is soft spoken but always so friendly and smiles at everyone. When she made my first pizza she very obviously slammed it down on the counter and then proceeded to get my other, she grabbed them and essentially shoved them into my hands and glared at me. Not sure what her title is, but it should be “unemployed.” Whole atmosphere was just drab and uncomfortable, I’d guess because of her attitude.

I was having trouble with my card and the staff here was so kind and helpful and patient. Really made my (foster kidos) day as it is for a birthday party. Matt and Brianna were awesome and had such an amazing costumer service. Thank you all so much. Store 126 you rock.

Aside from Rocky's they have the best pizza in town! I love that they measure ingredients so that you are getting the correct portions. I LOVE their salads and we eat the cookie dough raw most of the time.
Almost always busy after 3 pm so people must like it too bad i'm not one of them I did try it three times before giving up , it's just okay at best and the price isn't much below a cooked one .

The customer service provided by Roji was awesome! He caught a mistake, apologized and made it right. Service was so good it inspired a 5 star review. What else can I say? Haha. :)

I originally gave this review a one star however when I filled out the survey for the store I immediately received an email with a full refund for the order and an apology for the poor service and quality of food that I received. Due to how they handled my feedback, I changed my rating and I will try their store again.

Such mean review people. Papa Murphy's has been very kind to me and they have made my pizza fresh on a consistent basis. They also make a really good cookie dough and I ate it on the way home before I put it in the oven and I didn't even get a stomach ache. Keep up the hard work Papa Murph you are doing great. I like that I can get a nice cheesy pizza with ingredients that I can take on or off. I also successfully made a chicago style pizza from this place and that was pretty banger as well. 5 STARS

Ordered online for 4:30pm pick up. Still not ready at 5pm. They ran out of Delite crusts, so they gave me a New York crust instead. They are usually super good, but bad experience this time.
