We have always love the Pizza Hut on the Northside of Eau Claire because of how easy and convenient it is to get in and out quickly. The staff is beyond friendly and never seem to rush you. Every pizza or package we've ever ordered and picked up from them has always been nice and hot by the time it arrives home,,,and we live in Eleva so it's quite the drive,,,but soooo well worth it.

Food is horrible and missing 4 wings of 8 piece because of there rules on sizing of wings. when asking for a refund it was not delivered. Instead delivered more nasty food and missing wings. First and last time going to this location. No care for customer service

I recently ordered a pizza today. The person who took my order on the phone sounded upset of my order. I asked him for double pepperoni on my big New Yorker in which he replied it already has double pepperoni, and which I asked well could I please have double pepperoni on my big New Yorker on top of the double pepperoni that it already has. He didn’t seem too thrilled this, but he said OK. When I showed up to get my pizza, I asked him if this is double pepperoni like I asked, he said it comes with double pepperoni and I said that’s not what I asked, and he just did not care seeming unconcerned with the fact that me as a customer wasn’t satisfied with my order. for that reason, I will not be returning to this place there’s other better locations that you could find. Don’t wast your time they could care less about what you want.

This place has definingly been better the past few years. New managers? Staff is friendly and helpful and service is quick. Only complaint about the food would be the wings could use more sauce. Other than that I appreciate this store and its staff.

Unfortunately the pizza made me nauseous. It was the Big New Yorker. Delicious taste, but someone must have poor hand hygiene there on staff. I have a lead stomach. I can eat anything and their pizza made me almost vomit. I was very disappointed.

We have never had a pizza more burnt than the one we just had delivered. I cant believe anyone even put that in the box and delivered it. Yuck!

Today at my highschool, we had a gas leak, and were forced to evacuate and go home on short notice. As me and my friends were walking to my home in the 90° heat, PizzHut offered us the food they were going to send to us (students at North) for lunch. It may have been a small act, but all of us at North are very grateful for the free food we were provided.In my experience, their pizza is always sublime, and I've eaten it every Thursday for almost six years now, so lots of samples.Keep it up guys!

About 1 1/2 hours after eating my pizza/breadsticks I became very sick. Major stomach cramps, bloating which lead to major diarrhea and throwing up. This lasted almost 2 hours. Needless to say my left over pizza is going in trash.

I would drag my balls over 17 miles of broken glass just to get a whiff of Pizza Hut's sweet chili wing sauce. Wings cooked to perfection. I don't think these people who say the wings are too expensive understand how inflation works. I would give 10 stars if I could.
