Service for pickup was not good. We waited at the drive thru window and rang the bell over 8 times, unfortunately just to have kitchen staff stare at us. We went inside and they said it would be up soon. So we went back put to wait. 45 minutes later, as a box of chicken is sitting under the heat lamp, we rang the bell again. We even called the restaurant while we were waiting at the window. We got the "I just went back and checked and it will be ready soon." As we can see the front counter person did not go back there, becuae we are watching at the drive thru window. Another 10 minutes we went in again and finally got our food. And guess what...it was the box sitting under the heat lamp the entire time, which then the employee said " it just came up so the box is hot" um sorry the box is hot because it has sat under a heat lamp since my last birthday.Hope they get this service issue fixed.

Ultra fast food! The chicken had a delicious crusty skin and the meat had a very nice taste. There were many types of pizza including; barbecue chicken, veggie, sausage, cheese, junk and pretty much anything if you wait for the next one to come out of the kitchen. The chicken fingers were delicious. I didn't try the salad bar, but everything looked great. It was Saturday just after noon, and they were packed! We had a few minute wait to get a seat but that was ok. Love having a Coke with my meal!

My family and I just came back from here, and we spent $80 for NOTHING! There was no pizza at the bar, only greasy chicken and a half decent salad bar. There were so many people that as soon as they put 1 pizza out, it was gone! NO desserts other than ice cream. We will absolutely not be coming back. We were still hungry when we left. We went to McDonald's, so my kids could eat.

Very under staffed. Desert cookies burnt. They were out of desert pizza the entire time. Have been to many Pizza Ranch restaurants. We were very disappointed in this one.

I have never until now experienced a business that literally NEVER answers their phone.... Plus they say they're hiring??? How are you supposed to hire people or get business if you don't even answer your phone? That's crazy to me.

Staff was very friendly and quick to clear plates. My daughter only liked the cottage cheese. Limited drink choices unless you want sugar drinks. I thought the chicken was decent. I would not recommend as a pizza choice. We went out for a snack an hour after leaving. Yes it is an all you can eat buffet. Price is high for the experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Not very accessible. Limited handicap parking.
