My husband and I and our daughter went to Red Coal last night and we were blown away! Our daughter got the pulled pork sandwich, French fries, and Mac and cheese and she absolutely loved it! My husband and I were able to barter a sample from her so we could try it and it was delicious! Pork was perfectly done and the bun was fresh! My husband and I both got the brisket dinner. Best breakfast in Eau Claire! We had a Texas skillet and eggs Benedict with bacon and brisket and they were delicious! Lots of food for the price!!! Great way to start your day! They are open earlier than what is posted on yelp so call or check their website for hours !
