Tried this franchise again for the first time in probably 15 years and wasn't disappointed. I'm gonna be honest, you can tell they try super hard to make their food taste, portion, and presentation seem worth the price tag (i.e. dressing the chicken wings with fried potato chips, etc.) and you know what... they succeed. It's slightly pricier than you might expect, but you won't leave hungry. Especially not with their bottomless options. That alone makes it worth the price. The fries are far better than I remember them being back in the day. Service is usually pretty quick. They have some servers that you can tell really try hard. Also really like the atmosphere and decor.

I was here at a slower time of the day. I was seated quickly and had amazing service. I was sitting near some other customers who were having a VERY inappropriate conversation. I had no idea that the person who brought my meal out for me was a manager. I showed her my phone asking to sit somewhere else and she immediately helped me find somewhere more comfortable. They even comped my bill. They went above and beyond to help me feel welcomed, even taken care of. 10/10 will come back, 10/10 will recommended. Btw, the food was great and the beer was cold! ?

Sandwich was nasty, tasted like the chicken was bad. We told the server, and she could clearly see we didn't eat it, still she just said ok and wouldn't take it off our bill.wont be going back. This was our first and lat time going to this restaurant.

As always, excellent food & even better service. The waitress made sure our drinks stayed topped off and even brought each of us extra fries!The only snags was not having a clear vegan menu & some of the food wasn't fully prepared as requested (my nephew's burger wasn't cooked fully to his liking; my food was fixed perfectly!)
We stopped in for a bite to eat on our way to the airport in Minneapolis. Very good food and service. Thus was our 1st time being here so they offered a complimentary plate of steak fries with their signature sauce.

My husband thinks they have the best gluten free buns. Red Robin rarely disappoints but it did this time for me. My husband loved his burger and I agree the gluten free bun is great, but due to allergies, grilled chicken was my only choice and it was terrible. It was hard to chew and didn't have the correct consistency. The endless fries were great and my husband loved the freckled lemonade. We'll stop again when traveling but I might just stick with the fries next time.
