Rice Palace is the ONLY place in the area I will get pho from. The broth is naturally delicious. EVERY TIME. The vegetables are fresh, the staff is so friendly, if you crave non-bland AMAZING pho, this is your place:)

It's a little different here. You order and pay, grab all your condiments, paper plates and utensils and sit yourself down. After you're done eating, you put your stuff away in a designated area including plates, cups, etc.. We got (1) spring roll - typical spring roll, not special. 2) fried bananas in egg-rolls style with whipped cream drizzled in chocolate sauce. My daughter and hubby didn't like it. The combination pho - broth was overly salty, the pineapple fried rice was a little plain with very little meat and the rice was not mixed thoroughly. Can still see the white rice. Overall was ok, if I'm driving through town I probably won't be coming back .

I decided to try this place for the $7.50 pad Thai Wednesday special, I also got some chicken egg rolls. I was very disappointed with the pad Thai. The quality was not on par with other places in Eau Claire, the noodles wern’t typical pad Thai noodles, they were overcooked, the beef didn’t have flavor, and overall the dish did not have a very good flavor. The eggrolls were very good, not the best in EC but they were very solid. The pad Thai was a 5/10 and egrolls were an 8/10. Overall I’d give it a 6.5/10.

If you love pho and are coming through or live in eau claire, this is the place. I have tried all the pho in eau claire and this place is one of the best here. While other places have chicken broth or random stuff. Place is legit, the large size bowel is bigger than any other place here, and on Fridays, it's only 5 dallors only on top of that there appetizer also come out before there main course. Lol. Front lady is good and quick, dish comes out faster than other restaurants for sure. I would total recommend anyone to eat here. The only thing they are missing is tripe and beef tendons but it's ok.

Friendly lady took my order. Spring roll was ok, but I didn’t care for the peanut sauce, definitely not authentic. I ordered the yellow curry, and I threw it in the garbage. Not fresh. Never going back. Atmosphere was dark and self serve, including cleaning your own table.

One of the best take out spots in town! You can tell that the owner really cares about the business as I've seen him there every single time I've gone. We are truly blessed to have this place around, definitely try it out! I have yet to be disappointed.

As always the food is delicious. The service is always great with a smile and polite conversation. My favorite place in Eau Claire to get Thai. I highly recommend you give them a try if you haven't yet.
For a Thai place, you’d think their pad Thai would be ok. It tasted like peanut butter with sugar in it. The gloppy consistency was not in line with the standard for a pad Thai dish. I brought the nearly full plate back to the guy at the front and said it wasn’t good. He didn’t say sorry and said I could bus my own plate, then I just walked out upset. I get it’s a family establishment, but customer service is still important in any size business

I agree service is slow each time I visited. Had the egg rolls and Pho. Nothing exciting..I live in San Francisco so I know Pho. I think this is Pho-Eau Claire style.
