WORST SUBWAY EVER. The man that was working took 10-20 minutes to get our order. He was complaining about his coworkers and customers the whole time. Literally moved .0005 miles an hour. I’ve been there multiple times and have been disappointed each time. What a shame

If you want your sub made correctly, don’t go to the subway on Jeffers Rd and have the manager Sheila make it. Ordered 2 six inch BLT’s on the app and neither one had cheese or onions on them. Then when I called to let her know they were wrong she told me I was wrong because she made them and knows she didn’t mess up and to return the sandwiches if I want a refund. That was a waste of my lunch break and time and now I have to go out of my way to return to the store again and waste more time.

If you can go to another subway, just go there instead. Ordered a Turkey foot long sub, literally only had like 5 thin slices of turkey. I always tip, say please and thank you. Either they're taught to do this, or they're just angry people who purposely put less meat on the sandwich and make it terribly.

I'm adjusting my review to two stars because despite ordering online and allowing ample time for preparation, my sandwiches weren't ready upon arrival. Despite ordering ahead, it seems they prioritize in-person orders over online ones, which should not be the case when payment is made upfront.

This place is terrible when it comes to orders from the app. Multiple times I’ve showed up to pick up my order after ordering 30+ minutes ahead and it still being late.

Food was good, staff definitely isn't very friendly though. That and a foot long cost me $18 dollars.......... I remember paying $5 for a footlong. Not worth it.

This subway always messes up my sandwich. I just spent 20$ on doordash to get this mess. Everything they did was not correct. The bread is fat in width. The veggies are very thickly cut. The whole sandwich was not warmed up. I did not want to eat a freezing steak and cheese sandwich. Not to mention when I received the sub it was poorly wrapped and all the contents that were suppose to be inside of it were not inside of it. I had to shove the meat in with my hands. I am very annoyed right now. I did not just waste $20 on something I’m not going to eat.

Very good food though this store tends to char the bacon and one worker just threw the meats on all sloppy and then looked at his tip before i even walked away, he did say thank you for it but i also feel it is rude to comment on

Ordered online. Had to wait in store for a half hour. Isn't that why you order online? So you don't have to wait in the store. Maybe I don't understand ordering online. Why do they never put the cheese on it either?
