Went during the early afternoon and the team was unsure how to ring up my ranch burrito combo meal which took a little longer but was understandable. Our meal however was very skimpy on the meat to say the least. And they forgot our extra seasoning on our oles.

I recently visited Taco John's with high hopes for a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon ordering, I realized that my order was incomplete – three tacos were missing. While mistakes happen, it was disappointing nonetheless.I called and was told by the staff to rectify the situation by offering a free dessert and my missing tacos to make up for the oversight and assured me that it would be sent to me. However, despite waiting patiently, the promised dessert never arrived.In an attempt to address the issue, I went back to Taco John's to see if they could fix the problem. I provided my information, hoping for a resolution, but to my dismay, I never received a callback.As a customer, this level of service is unacceptable. It's disheartening to encounter such disregard for customer satisfaction. While I have enjoyed Taco John's in the past, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.Until these issues are addressed and resolved, I am hesitant to continue supporting this franchise. I hope that Taco John's takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure that such oversights are not repeated in the future.
