“A quaint little coffee shop in Elk Mound. It was my first visit to their store. The drive thru staff was very friendly and helpful with a recommendation for a hot latte. I tried their fall flavor "Pardon my French (toast)" latte. It was delicious! I will definitely be back again. Thank you”

“Was greeted by friendly people when we came in on a snowy night. The drinks were very good. The place was very clean. Lots of fun packer memorabilia to look at. Nice big tables to sit at with a group of people. Would definitely come back.”

“I went on a Friday night for, what else....the fish fry. We had a reservation and did have to wait a few minutes. It was packed. This is a rural (in the middle of farmland) dive bar. A few beers on tap. I had the capital amber and then Lienies original. We had the cheese curds as an app, they were delicious. Served with ranch. Rolls and butter. A small relish tray, comprised of radish, baby carrot, and green olives. I had the fried fresh with lyonnaise potatoes. The fish was decent. The lyonnaise potato was delicious. The coleslaw was creamy and a little little bit sweet. I really liked it. Attentive service, even with how busy it was. Definitely will be back to try the primary on a Saturday night. I hear it's a legendary. I've also been told the hamburgers are quite good.”

“We selected Annie who owns and operates A Little Slice of Italy as our caterer for our wedding on 12/9/2023. She did an AMAZING JOB! We met at her restaurant months before the wedding to discuss our wants and needs and she checked every single box to ensure a perfect feast! Wonderful communication and reassurance that everything would be handled without an issue. We met once again closer to the wedding to cover the details and finalize our selection and guest count – again more reassurance that the buffet would be sure to please every guest we had. We decided on a ziti with Italian sausage, chicken parmesan, bread sticks, and Caesar salad. Everything was absolutely delicious! We had compliments all night about the food! There were roughly 250+ guests and they certainly didn’t go hungry! Our niece (3 years old) literally wiped her plate clean with her bare hands. Side note, the fan favorite were the bread sticks ? I’m pretty sure one of my groomsmen ate about 8 of them, ha!! We are certainly excited to devour our leftovers!Additionally, Annie took care of our dessert and handmade 250 cupcakes! The guests said they just melted in their mouths – best icing we’ve every tasted! They were stunning with the perfect amount of decorative toppings that matched the wedding colors. She also made a wedding dress and suit out of the cupcakes and was able to do a last-minute color change to make our desserts extra special. They were beautifully crafted and made for a wonderful display! I’m hoping someone took a picture because I’d love to add it to this review!If anyone is looking for a caterer for their big day or any other event, I would highly recommend Annie at A Little Slice of Italy. You will not be disappointed! Or stop at the restaurant and divulge yourself in the amazing selection of scrumptious food! Thanks again for making our special day extra special! You rock!”

“We were in town the for the weekend & had never been to the area. Naturally, we were looking for a good little "towny" bar to go to...Wander Inn was just that! Very friendly bartender making us delicious drinks and the patrons were all friendly as well. We plan to go back when we are in the area again ?”
