Was in Elkhart Lake area and was ready for brunch. Saw this business on the Yelp app, and a local business recommended it, so I came through. Incredible! Came to this cute little food truck for breakfast after a weekend at Road America and was impressed with everything we tried (Huevos Rancheros, Egg sandwich, Mexican coffee, elotes). Rivals anything I’ve had at upscale Mexican restaurants back home in Chicago. The patio is also super cute and festive. Can’t wait to come back next year.
