We ordered pizza from this Dominos for years. Over the last 6 months, the accuracy of the completed order, the timeliness, and the overall quality of the experience have been horrible. We kept giving it “another chance” and tonight was the last straw. We ordered a large specialty pizza and 2 sides. At the time of my order, the app said my food delivery would take approximately 36 minutes. It took over an hour to get our food. The food was cold, since it sat in “quality inspection” for about 20 minutes. I should also mention that the “quality inspection” was unsuccessful - if the pizza was actually inspected for quality, they probably would have noticed that the pizza was missing 3 toppings. ??????What adds insult to injury is that we always pre-tip and yet we always regret it - this evenings experience was no different.Last, the solution from management is to just offer a discount or refund. Why not try addressing the issue or actually correcting the problem?

This is the second time I have this experience so I have to leave a review. Employees here eating while they’re cutting your pizza. Last time, tall young man ordered and eating Burger King right before the District Manager got here. He let out a sigh of relief when he saw the DM’s bronco pull up as he was able to put it up in time. Currently standing outside waiting on my pizza as the same young man is scarfing down wings as he cuts my, and other customers’, pizza. I could post pics but that may be inappropriate. Wings must be good.Music with profanity playing very loud as the team sings along. F bombs, every day they’re hustling with Rick Ross apparently. Seems like a fun time, just not the appropriate atmosphere. Pizza is ok. Hopefully the DM driving the bronco does something about this as I’m only here cause it’s what my family likes. Would much rather be at Pizza Hut. Again, no ill intent, but this isn’t how a business should operate. Last thing, you get an option to use the pick up window when you order but it’s been broken for 3 weeks with a make shift hand written sign to go inside and get your order. You’d think dominos could get it fixed.Oh well. Hope my pizza is better this time.

My first time ordering from them and was very disappointed. My pizza was luke warm and looked like it had been sitting for awhile. We had to microwave it to warm it up to eat.

I'm surprised that this location is not rated higher. I place odd orders on a regular basis and have found the accuracy of the orders and especially the employees attitudes to be top notch. Only had 1 pizza crushed upon delivery but they have their delivery insurance program for these things. They should be rated higher. Give them a shot before judging them. ? ? ?
I have no problems with dominos at all! But there’s just a tiny thing that needs to be fixed.I have called and ordered a medium pan last week and I keep getting a thin instead. I completely understand it’s just a tiny mistake and they’re busy but all I ask is please get it fixed. Overall the service is great and the pizza is top notch ??

Ordered pizza with extra sauce. Took it home and there was absolutely no sauce on the pizza.

delivery driver sped out of my driveway and almost hit my car after not leaving our food due him calling and asking someone to come out to retrieve the pizza after we specifically ordered no contact delivery, due to my grandma having COPD and Cancer and didn’t want to be exposed to him due to having a very bad immune system. The driver then proceeded to speed back pass our house. I called the store asked for a manager, got left on hold and then got hung up on. Called again asked for manager explained the issue, and they said the delivery driver refused because he did not feel “safe”, and proceeded to say we are now on the no delivery list. Keep in mind all that was said if they could please leave it on the porch, which the driver then hung up and sped out. Never ordering from here again.

I tried calling in to ask if delivery was available to my address, I was told yes by the person answering and told to hold. I was left on hold for over 10 minutes. Tried calling back and was hung up on.I'm hungry and can't leave the house.Worst customer service of the year.Thanks domino's ✌️
