Owner really let this place go. Never enough staff to address the occasional “rush” and if you want chicken or something not pizza, you have to request it. Otherwise, you’re getting 4 hour old scraps. Ice cream machine came from McDonald’s as it’s always broken. Could learn a lot from the Burlington location.

Keep track of your points. If they don't show on receipt you will have to go online and add them yourselves. This has happened twice this week to me. Never used to happen. when I complained they tried to blame it on the main office and I believe it is at the store. The person isn't pushing the right button or pressing hard enough for it to register the points. I won't be going more than once a week from now on because of this. the food is good. I like their chicken the best.

We went with quite a large group, and had a lot of fun. They were really quick with clean up, and putting out fresh foods. My kids really enjoyed the fun pizzas like the Mac and cheese pizza, and the taco pizza. I'd definitely take my family again next time we visit Wisconsin ❤️

The Elkorn Pizza Ranch is Fabulous. It was my brother's favorite place to eat with family at a responsible prices. The chicken us awesome. My brother has passed but we all go on his birthday and celebrate. We have been going for years and have never had a bad experience. Wonder pizza and chicken and tge gravy is to kick butt for.
30 min wait just to get in, when busy. Understanding ok. 1 hour wait for food: not ok. Empty pizza bar, Empty salad bar, Empty dessert bar. Ok what is going on?

Over cooked food to the point it was so hard you could not eat it.No pizza rotation no mention of any specialty pizza you would like.Arrived at 2:30pm had to ring bell to get waited on. Ice cream machine is not working.Very disappointed. Will not be back.Also the dead fly in the window not appetizing

Very bad. Waited for food. Girls just kept talking to each other instead of bringing food out. Alot of food was dried out. We were there at 515, not busy. No need for the unattentiveness. And again icecream machine was broke. Should of just stayed
