I never had a problem here really. In the last couple months they don't have chredded mozzarella cheese. So I asked one lady if I could have some mozzarella cheese and she said "no we don't have any". I doubt that's true. There fore I'm confused.

Most of our experiences here are meh, good enough. Not very friendly and slow service but we like Subway. But this time we showed up 20 minutes before “close” with all lights on including the bright “Open” sign, to be told they were closed. Literally walked right in. Why keep the doors open and lights on if you’re closed. Won’t be back.

I ordered 2 foot longs and 2 chocolate chip cookies and was charged $39.48??? And never was given my receipt. Bogus. Just basic Turkey subs. Nothing crazy.

I ordered online 2 footlong turkey subs. 1 only turkey and the other turkey and cheese, that's all! 1 blt that was correct. The 2 turkey subs had EVERYTHING on it. I will say we love this Subway but ordering online was a big fail.

Kindness goes a long way, and if you give it, you will receive it. The manager Patel is always helpful, and gives me great service with a smile every time. Disregard these negative comments from these "haters." Stay at home and make a sandwich if you're that dissatisfied to go and leave a bad review for hardworking people.

I ordered a subway club, the person making the sandwhich used less meat than the times I've always got it before, the build recipes are not followed here and the staff doesn't speak very good English, I had to repeat my self on every aspect, EVERY aspect. Veggies, toasted, type of cheese, any sides. Legit every single thing he didn't understand.

Never go back to this store. I presented a coupon I received in the mail and apparently they don't honor them because the cost of everything that has gone up. I found this out after I ordered.

Worst staff ever, extremely rude!! They messed up our order, I called to get it corrected and asked for a refund and the manger started yelling over me on the phone about how it wasn’t his fault. He said there was nothing they could do and that our order said no ranch and it wasn’t clear if it should be added or not…... Went into the store for a refund and he told me no refunds or remakes of sandwiches without paying again ? actually started yelling again in front of customers.Drive to lake Geneva subway ! It’s worth the drive !

Service and food are good but I didn’t like how one of the employees (Indian, early 30’s) would whistle at another young employee whenever he needed him to do something. Whistling is for dogs and that felt a little out of place in my opinion.

I will not be coming back to this Subway again, which is unfortunate because I live right down the road. I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki, and I got food poisoning for 5 days. I lost two days at my new job and took me out physically at home! Unbelievable!
