Tried this place only a couple times and was not impressed enough to likely return. The service was okay, nothing notable. The food was standard, but I didn't feel it was a very good value for the price. Unfortunately, my least favorite part was the atmosphere, it is a large open space that lacks character and doesn't provide much privacy.

The Chef makes everything perfect! Staff friendly. We have breakfast here ALOT! Never had a bad meal. Locals cafe.Kid-friendliness: They don't beat your children or try and make cookies out of them. lolWheelchair accessibility: They don't try and tip you over. lol

For the last 10 years, I have ordered the same item, meat lovers skillet, scrambled,add mushrooms, and white toast. Two owners, still the same. I have heard the new owners trained under the previous owners(great family).This is not a greasy spoon restaurant. Simple menu,great food,staff,and atmosphere. Better get in line,if you snooze, you will have to wait.

The waitress add $5.00 to our credit card charge without our permission. We left you $6.00 on the table and you still stole from us? To top it all of I was hit with a surcharge as well. I will not be back.

I was just expecting a standard cafe for a BLT. Not expecting much. It's nice and clean. Nice servers. A spring mix instead of cheap iceberg lettuce. Fresh cut fries. Coleslaw hadn't been sitting. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Even a simple BLT.

We stopped for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The BLT and turkey melt sandwiches were tasty and the lentil soup was delicious. Prices were reasonable as well.
It's a great little classic kinda place.Located in a great town, as well.It's one of my favorite spots for breakfast. It's nothing special or over the top, but the food is always good and priced in the more affordable section.Service is always outstanding and attentive, no matter how busy they are at times.Recommended!

I LOVE Vasillis. I am from Illinois but have gone to Vasillis any time I head north into Wisconsin. It is a family Cafe open for breakfast and lunch. I have been going there for decades and hope to for a long time to come.
