“Doc's is a supper club meets bar food. The week emu specials are AMAZING. Check their Facebook page on Thursday to see what the specials are. Just know the specials have a limited supply and tend to go quickly. The staff are friendly and attentive.“

Try the brothers bleu burger with a huge flame grilled burger, blue cheese dressing, bacon and fried onions for an unexpected savory blend of unique flavors. Friendly, super nice owner and staff with prompt service and very clean, fun atmosphere. Lots of tables for indoor dining. Great place to watch your favorite sports teams or play a few video games. “This was a real find. We arrived in town too late for the sole cafe in town. The patrons at the gas station recommended Mike's. I had one of the best burgers ever and my husband had a crispy chicken cordon blue sandwich, which he said was great. We met the owner and learned the history of the bar and the area. It was a fun, great lunch.“

“We were there during supper hour. They were busy with all chairs full. The server was in perpetual motion. It did take longer than usual to get our meal and the fish was marginal done. (Could have been fried a few minutes longer.) It was still very good and pieces were large. We took 3 1/2 pieces home and warmed them the next day which completed the cooking.“

“Yelp says the Blair Haus is permanently closed, but that's not true! It was temporarily closed following a fire that burned it to the ground in 2020, but the owner rebuilt. The restaurant/bar is back and better than ever! I am in Blair a few weeks a year visiting family, and I always stop at the Blair Haus when I'm in town. The burgers are surprisingly good and the prices are reasonable. They have bounced back after the fire and created a restaurant/bar that's even better than the original. Highly recommend!“

“The Bacon Cheeseburger was out of this world! Had a few drinks where the service was exceptional. I even had to buy a t-shirt "I love Day Drinking"! The atmosphere was low keyed and laid back. I would definitely recommend this place!“
