Chang Jiang has been our go-to Chinese takeout place for well over 10 years. I always order the same thing: Chicken Lo Mein. It's been a while (several months) since we ordered. My chicken lo mein tonight was NOT like it used to be. I was very disappointed. I had a hard time finding any chicken in there, the sauce tasted different; definitely not like I had grown accustomed to. Sadly, as prices have gone up, quality has gone down.

I have a deadly food allergy and asked that they omit the sauce on my dish, then I could just use soy sauce. Unfortunately, they decided that they "can't do that" and sent the food without calling me and I was unable to eat it. When I called, the woman argued with me about how they refuse to make it the way I had asked (which all other Chinese food restaurants have done for me). I told them that this can actually kill people when they do not take allergies seriously and her response was "okay". I will never order from this restaurant again and advise all others not to either. This is a huge safety issue and unacceptable behavior displayed by the staff.

I've tried the other ones in the area but taste wise this is definitely one of the better ones. The general tso is awesome from here! Better than Happy Wok that's for sure. I order my Chinese food from here now

I ordered chicken and beef lo mein. Picked it up and saw that it had shrimp. I took it back and told them that I was allergic. They took it back and I figured they would make it without shrimp. Apparently they only took the shrimp out. I hope they don't make the same mistake because other will most likely sue them.
