I showed up early to get a cake I ordered and the people working were so amazing. They went to work right away to finish it and get it out to me quickly. The cake was just what the birthday boy wanted!!!

They can't seem to answer the phone (and the mailbox is full so seems like a reoccurring issue) makes ordering pretty difficult since online doesn't work either. Crappy service.

would give this 0 stars if i could!!! he denied my giftcard and didn’t even give me a reason as to why i couldn’t use it, it’s not expired, there’s no fine print in any reason i could not use it. sighed the whole time, not friendly and lazy employees went on march 12th by the way and ava v was working

Bought ice cream cake which looked different than usual. Whipped cream on top looked green-ish/black-ish which is normally just a light brown. When I tasted a piece of the ice cream cake,it tasted weird and texture was off. The outer layer had a different texture to it which is not normal or the usual taste. (I have bought this cake for years, since it is my favorite.)I wanted to call the store to verify if there was anything wrong, if i could exchange it or what. First time I called, the associates didn't know what to tell me, since there wasn't a supervisor or manager. Called the next day and the associate took my contact info to give the manager. Manager called the next day and just plain out laughed like 4 times saying there wasn't anything wrong with it. I called 2 other stores to confirm what the policy is regarding returns, exchanges, etc. 1 store said that it was final sale (in a nice manner) and the other store said I could come in and get a refund. Both were very polite. Can't believe they let such rude people be managers...I know companies don't care about losing a customer, so i know i don't matter. Customer service positions should be monitored, so they don't behave rudely to people who are just wanting to make sure that whatever they bought is how it should be. Did confirm the policy online and will be throwing the cake away. Very disappointed.

Been here over 3 times. Each time thinking it would be better since it’s part of our community. Absolute trash. The place is filthy the workers are careless and don’t care. Double charged us cause they claim our gift card didn’t work. Old cold stone I’ve been too that don’t allow samples. Door is broke, constantly dirty. They should be ashamed of themselves. Calling food inspector here with the sanitation issue. Avoid at all cost

Always a tasty treat for us and the kids!Seevice was good but with a smile would of made it 5 stars. She was friendly and efficient for sure, especially for working solo.We'll be back when we come out this way again!

Store closes at 10pm and the workers at Fitchburg location denied me service at 9:40pm and said they were closed they were rude and being rushed to clock out and go home. Very sad this is my first time here and I drove from the other side of the city to try it.

Disappointing. Not a great value for the price. The tables and walls are dirty. A customer stood at the counter while the workers were hanging out in the back, and when he finally got their attention to ask for a cup of water, was told store policy is you have to buy bottled water.

Tried calling to place an order for a birthday cake and they hung up on me , when I called back one of the guys picked up and yelled "DURRRR" then once again hung up.
There just no better place for Ice cream. Although $70 a gallon is a bit crazy

So awesome! Go with my bf all the time, the only place in town that mixes the toppings into the ice cream! Amazing staff and relaxed and chill ambiance, if I could eat her daily, I would!!!

Eh. I wouldn't recommend going to this location. Was really disappointed with my creation. Ordered a founders favorite with cookie dough. Visually there are barely any toppings and the taste, or lack there of, backs it up.
