Poetic Disaster

Doordash didn't have a baguette as a side option. Called the store and they made sure my order had the baguette as the side. Really appreciate that when I'm super sick, can't leave the house, and I just want some soup and bread.

I waited to order over 30 minutes on Wednesday the 10th of April. Horrible service. They had two kinds of bagels at 9 in the morning. I was told the baker comes in the afternoon. So I'm thinking the bagels I did get were from the day before.They had one man running all over taking orders and cooking and making drinks. Super nice guy. This man was of color I am sorry for not see his name.Then there came to the register was a guy with a different color shirt that very useless. Never said anything to the customers waiting for service. I will not come back plus I am calling corporate and telling them.

Have always loved Panera Bread and this is a great location. Did a mobile order for dinner and they got my order correct including some customized veggies. My order was done promptly and presented well. The interior was up to Panera standard and the staff was friendly. It was a bit busy, and I noticed some tables were unwiped, but that may have been a result of the rush. The woman manning the front who seemed to be a manager of some sort was super nice and responsible and seemed to be working well under the stress. The food was as you would expect from a Panera, came out quickly.

While waiting in a line for ten minutes, we were told that they were ten minutes behind. Then once we got to the front we learned that they are out of soup. We left.Like any other Panera I've been to, this one lacks staff, product, and customer service. I will not be surprised when Panera eventually fails, both from their extremely overpriced and underwhelming food, to the poor service and lack of product.How Panera has survived thus far remains a mystery to all but their accountant.

They can't get orders right. The last time we were there 2 months ago, they screwed up our order. We gave them another chance today and the same thing. 3 messed up orders in a row. Each time we ordered things directly off the menu, nothing special. We are done going here. Their prices are starting to get ridiculous for the quality of food also.

The staff here is always super friendly and accommodating.The restaurant is always tip top clean. Granted I always do rapid pickup working nearby, however you can see that it's clean!The food is always great and they have never botched an order of mine.I am an absolute huge fan of their Charged Lemonade!

i have food poisoning for the first time thanks to this panera ): I had a ham sandwich & chicken soup. I cant tell which caused it but be careful. There was also a really dark short hair in the sandwich which i didn't see until i ate half of it. really gross & upset. ):

It's amazing how often this place gets orders wrong. More than half the time, they forget something like a side or utensils, to the point where I have to always stop and check my pick-up order before leaving the store. Good luck if you're getting delivery...Aside from that, this is your run-of-the-mill Panera. Like all Panera stores I've visited, the quality of the food has gone downhill over the years while the prices keep increasing.
