This particular Starbucks deserves some serious kudos, okay so it's blizzarding hard outside (January 9th 2024 about 6pm) and I NEED MY COFFEE FIX!!!!!! Like seriously badly and I kinda enjoy driving in this anyway so I started calling around and EVERY SINGLE STARBUCKS IS CLOSED!! (I GET IT most hate driving in this stuff), but this location was the only open location in all of Madison! The Triverton starbies is great. The window staff is always super nice, and my barista this morning even complimented my glasses; whoever was at the window the morning of Sept 21 2023, give them a raise! Drinks are always mixed with just the right ratios of ingredients. Line doesn't take too long to get thru. They've been there for me this year for real. Keep it up folks!

I had a really good experience today at about 12 p.m. in the store (1/11). My friends and I went in for the $3 grandes. We ordered from this person at the register. I didn’t catch their name; they wore glasses. They were so sweet, made sure we got our drinks fast, and went out of their way to explain the discount to us.
