When I'm not in Milwaukee and I want a coffee I will go to Caribou Coffee be it in Fond du Lac or Eau Claire area. They really have some wonderful different coffees and lattes that I do enjoy especially the turtle

I made my second visit today and I was very disappointed. I had my first visit and they first made the drink iced instead of hot, they then made a medium instead of a large. So it had to be made three times to get it right. Thankfully, I wasn't in a hurry. The cutomer service was great and compensated with a half off card and bakery item. Unfortunately, the drink was too sweet for my taste and I couldn't drink it. It was honestly like deinking pure syrup, and i like sweet coffee. I figured I'd give it another go and order it with half of the amount of syrup that is typically used. I made it very clear that I wanted it made with half of anything added that made it sweet. This one was just as sweet as the first one and again I couldn't drink it. I had put it in the fridge and was going to use it as creamer, but something in the coffee had actually hardened. Which, I have never had happen at any other coffee shop before.
