We had an excellent meal with phenomenal service. The host/owner checked on us to make sure the food was cooked well and was flavorful. The waiter was very friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful. Great spot with amazing food! We had the wagyu beef and bacon-wrapped goat cheese appetizers. They were amazing. My husband had steak, which was perfectly prepared. I had the seafood special with the mashed potatoes and it was so delicious. The portions were large enough that I had to take the leftovers home. We will be back!

Had a bad experience here last Saturday. Steak was chewy servers never came back to check how the food was. Took my plate away it was almost full server asked no questions regarding the meal. Ordered a strawberry cannoli to go got home and it was a raspberry cannoli. I have had great food and service before but this didn’t measure up to our prior visits

Finally made it to try this place out. We met another couple, started with a few drinks at the bar on a Saturday night. It wasn't busy at all, but we got there before 6pm. Friendly bar service and good drinks. I like that they had actual tablecloths, you don't see that in our area. Our server was Mackenzie, and she was great. Just the right amount of service, just when you needed it. We started with the grilled shrimp appetizer. Nice size shrimp, good taste. I had the small filet and husband had the bone in ribeye. My filet was very good, husband said his was good, but not his best. I wasn't super excited about the side options, but I don't like squash, asparagus or brussel sprouts. That's on me. I ended up getting the least of my dislikes, the brussel sprouts. I tried one or two, but that's all I needed. Again, that's all me, I'm sure they were very good. I opted for the red potatoes, and also a little let down since they were roasted (or fried) small potato cubes instead of the whole red potato I was expecting. I would have liked to see a baked potato option with my steak. Our table shared a bottle of wine and we really had a very nice time. Definitely will be going back. It's good to see a "nice" place in town. We did not have room for desert, and left with some to-go boxes.

Had a great dinner at the Copper Cock for Valentine's Day! Ordered salmon & a burger -- & couldn't pass up the carrot cake! So goood. It was our first time & we'll definitely be back!
This place is rated #36 on Trip Advisor, bologna! This is one of the best, if not the best, restaurants in the area. A wonderful atmosphere enhanced by good service. Their menu is on that offers real entrees not just a blob of fried something. The quality and uniqueness truly is top notch.

My third time back here on my holiday trip back to fdl and brought my family this time. The food unbelievable, the drinks even better. There is nowhere in fond du lac even comparable to this place. I got the burger as the last two times I had the steak which was amazing but the burger and truffle fries… mmm best burger I’ve had in Wisconsin. I’ve lived all around the world and had plenty of good food and I really believe this place is quality. Especially for fond du lac.. it’s almost out of place in this city.

We went before Thanksgiving and it felt like everything on the menu had something to do with cranberries, walnuts, and pumpkin, etc. general overdose on fall flavors. Eggrolls with cranberry dipping sauce?? We were puzzled and disappointed. The dessert that our server raved about was mediocre. The best thing on the menu was the house apple pie.
