Service is standard, Atmosphere is above average mainly because the tellers aren't standing in the kitchen. Having that slight separation between front and back of house makes it feel more like a sit-down restaurant than a fast food place.The best, however, is the food...their burgers in particular. Better than Fatburger, better than In-and-Out, better than any burger I've had. They taste like a burger should taste.

3 orders in a row wrong something. Burger/sandwiches made wrong. Missing items back to back. Staff is very incompetent at reading a ticket. I've worked plenty of rushes in the food industry and can understand at times but this inconvenience and inconsistencies is absolutely unacceptable. Hopefully they can properly train staff with proper expectations.
